Came here to get their full interior cleaning special. So I've called all over town for a good detailing place and all I got was rude non customer service friendly associates over the phone. But this place definitely gave me hope. John was sooo informative to the services I wanted. He let me know what they do, how long it would take and price. Upon arriving they immediately started working on my vehicle. My car looks just like when I first purchased it. They removed all the stains on my headliner. Carpets are dirt and stain free. I'm sooooo satisfied!! I recommend to anyone and I will definitely come back next month. You want great, friendly, worth the price detailers go here! read more

If you have a lot of time and not a lot of money, this is the place for you! I came in on a Saturday, which is normally busy, and was given an estimated 30 minute wait time. I ended up waiting one hour before it was my turn in the small lobby. Luckily, I brought reading material. The service of exterior and interior car wash took about 30 minutes for my sedan. Everyone was very pleasant, and most of my car was cleaned spectacularly. Looking through my windshield has never been more HD! However, there was a small area near the rear door that was missed. For $20, I was very impressed by the outcome and I'll be back. read more

I hate to do this. However, was rough start to finish. I had a car that needed some serious love as a preface before I brought it in. I was told no problem and that there might be a $15 up charge it needs heavy cleaning. Once I got there they decided to up charge me all the way to $60 and told me they would wash it and get everything off my windows specifically, for an additional 15. Totaling $215. I made sure to tip well for Covid workers and hopped in my car and drove away. $245... As I was pulling away, I noticed food and wrappers in between the driver seat and the center counsel along with the same thing on the other side. I turned around and vacuumed it out myself. Here's what else I found after $245 spent in five hours waiting... read more

Excellent job detailing my car. I had sand All over the car. The personal attention and professionalism was superior.

Nothing better than a squeaky clean car! Go see John and Sandy. John inspects every car before you leave. Everything is done by hand. Quality takes time but it's well worth it. My car has never been through an automatic wash EVER. They do all the extras that other places just won't do. And if you want it done, John will give you an honest price and a great result. Great old school hand wash plus more. Complete Detailing and more to come John says read more

This is by far the best car detailing establishment in Ferndale. Everyone there is great to work with and my car always came back looking beautiful. The only reason I stopped going is because I no longer live in the area. read more

Very nice people. Don't blink as you go past or you might miss it. They did a decent job but it could have been better. Windows and mirrors didn't look like they were cleaned with window cleaner inside and out. Cracks and crevices still had visible dirt. The price wasn't bad, so overall I think 4 stars is appropriate. read more

I worked directly with John. Preparing to go on a 12hr drive for the holidays, I needed to get the car cleaned to allow kids to comfortable sit/sleep in the 2nd row of the Subaru Forester. I have the kids that accumulated a mess in the 2nd row. Additionally, I was in the process of moving, so there was still stuff that I had not unloaded. I knew it was excessive work and told John to just place the stuff in plastic bags to let me sort out later and get access to deep cleaning. I would have been surprised to get the vehicle back the same day, but got it back at noon the next day. It was like brand new. New car scent and everything. I will definitely return and recommend Visibly Clean. read more

They went over and above the call for detailing my Armada. An suv with a 3rd row seat, that's been well lived by our kids, came back to us like it was brand new. This place is why you avoid large brands when you expect high quality service. The owner took personal care of the process and the high quality service. I'll be back regularly. read more

Was in need of a hand car wash and stumbled on to this place. Pulled in and was told it was only one car ahead of me so the wait wouldn't be long, I got my inside and outside cleaned. Well two hours later my SUV was as clean as it was when I first purchased it. The wait was long but it was well worth it. The guys were really nice and professional. Their prices are good also, I would go back. read more

Gentleman at the desk inside is very nice. He was chatting with everyone - even knew customers by name and personality. It was very homey. I was there for an hour waiting on my car because there was a car ahead of mine. I got #8 full service for my crossover. I didn't mind the wait since everything is done by hand and my car needed serious loving after two months, an 11 hour relocation drive, AND Michigan snow days. I was so happy with the results and how clean my car was. These guys take their time with your car and you won't find a spot they missed. Thank you! read more

For the price, this place does a good car wash. I paid $22 for my midsize SUV to get an interior and exterior clean. Be prepared to wait though-everything is hand done here and I waited 2 hours for my car wash and it wasn't busy on a Tuesday afternoon. I would imagine the wait is much longer on a weekend. I also had some salt on my carpets from last winter which was still there after my service. When I asked about it, I was told that shampooing is a separate service and I honestly didn't want to wait any longer. Overall, I was happy with the result. read more

If I could give Visibly Clean 6 stars I would. They did an excellent excellent job cleaning my car. I ordered the full interior detail job and they nailed it. My car is like brand new. I will be using their services again. read more

My first time bringing my car in staff did an outstanding job. Staff professional and pleasant. I i made my appointment per web site. If making appointment on web site include your phone number for confirmation. Probably best to just call for appointment. This is a MUST. Due to COVID this is absolutely necessary and very helpful. Wait was very reasonable. I will be returning. read more

This is the first time in my life I've ever wanted to give something 6 stars. I was in the area because my mom was getting out of the hospital and I picked this place based on the fantastic Yelp reviews. It was a great decision. My mom's van was D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G!! It is what happens to a vehicle that has been chain smoked in for 12 years. As part of her getting out of the hospital we needed to get the smoke and ash out of everything. We picked Visibly Clean because *Great Yelp Reviews *Prices and options very clearly displayed on their webpage *Very competitive prices *No Appointment needed *Fantastic Hours (7 days a week!) The No Appointment Needed was very important as we didn't have much notice when Mom was going to be released for the hospital. They even provide a shuttle service within 6 miles so my sister could stay at the hospital with my mom, and John dropped me back at her house. The work they did was fantastic! They got all the smoke smell out and they were even able to strip all the nicotine stains out of everything. My mom nearly cried when she saw how good her van looked. It hadn't looked that good since it came off the lot. John, the owner, was very nice and I really enjoyed talking with him when he dropped me off. In a very trying, hectic, and confusing time John made it easy. If Yelp allowed us to give one review 6 stars than this would be the one for me. read more

They had my BMW looking New-Car fresh. It came out smelling and looking pristine. I'm a customer for life now, the interior had some winter hurt on it and it looked marvelous after. They even got the wheels looking half-decent, which is always a pain to get to on this car. read more

I HIGHLY recommend them. 6 out of 5 stars!!! read more

Inside and outside cleaned for less than a Jackson? Sign me up! They did an amazing job, inside and out. Took about 45 minutes, but you can't rush quality. I brought a book and spent the time reading. My car shines like a new penny and my wallet is glad I didn't go to the big chain and pay 4x as much. I would prefer to support a small family business anyhow. Very kind and polite folks. You won't regret it! read more

Great service. The owner is so so so accommodating. A really nice guy. I like that he dedicated one dude to your car. The guy did a good job and I gave him a nice tip. I know many of these guys need the money. I'm happy to help them out. Great service. I will definitely go back. read more

We took our lease vehicle here before we turned it back in. I wish I had taken it in much sooner . It is absolutely gorgeous. It looks better than when we got the car from the dealership ! We dropped it off on a Saturday morning and they called us when it was ready. It did take several hours but it was worth it. We had two years of 2 100 lb labs accumulated dog hair in the car. Can't see a dog hair at all now. Absolutely amazing. John is so nice and honest. His staff is so nice too. The gentleman that detailed our car went over the top. We will definitely be back with our other vehicle and our new lease. We love to support local business and we are glad to have found Visibly Clean. read more

Love this place! For the price you cannot go wrong. Quick and reliable service. Your vehicle is in great hands and they will do a better job than an auto wash. Will be back again soon! read more

Amazing!!! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Randomly, I decided to stop by and get my car vacuumed and dusted inside, it was filthy. I chose #9 - Mili Full Detail for $39: figured it will do. They offered me a ride home while the car was being details and a pick up after. What? How awesome is that? I took them up on picking me up and bringing me back. When I came back and got in my car, I could not believe it! This thing looks brand new! I mean, it literally looks like somebody went in with some tooth brushes and Q-tips! :) I am soooo coming back and telling all my friends about it. Excellent service - cleaning detail to perfection! Thank you so much! What a pleasant surprise! read more

Family run car detailing shop that does it all right. No cutting corners with this team. Would use them again.

My car was too low to pull in the garage so they just had me pull out front and they cleaned it out there. Not sure what they put on my tires but months later they're still clean! Taking my truck up there right now and I know it will be clean as a whistle. Don't sleep on these guys!!! They really are the best around. read more

John was nothing but courteous, explanatory, and patient with my requests. His team did a fantastic job cleaning inside and out, the shampooing and refreshing of the interior was very thorough. My favorite part was John ENCOURAGED me to bring the car back if I found anything that wasn't satisfactory. I had no need to bring the car back. read more

Just got my truck done, full service in and out (the #8) $23 for a truck. Be prepared, this takes longer than you think, waited about 15 minutes and then it was my trucks turn. The wash etc. took at least half an hour maybe 45 minutes. Was it ever worth it, I have never had a wash like this before in my life! In fact no other wash I have had even comes close, all hand washed, dried and polished. Rounded the $23 up to $30 for the guys and still felt I got a bargain. read more

Outstanding! Extremely friendly service I set up a Saturday am time slot where I had a full interior detail & exterior wax done on my 2010 Escape.
