I ended up waiting one hour before it was my turn in the small lobby. Luckily, I brought reading material. The service of exterior and interior car wash took about 30 minutes for my sedan. Everyone was very pleasant, and most of my car was cleaned spectacularly. Looking through my windshield has never been more HD! However, there was a small area near the rear door that was missed. Mine was considered a small SUV. It has three rows of seats. I clean houses for a living and I am a perfectionist. I politely asked if he could select my prepaid wash option, and he told me he was not supposed to help customers with that. What made the interaction frustrating was that I had just watched him assist the vehicle directly in front of me at the kiosk. I completely understand if there is a policy limiting employee assistance, but policies should be applied consistently. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and was not the level of customer service I expected. I wanted to share the feedback so management is aware.
