He detailed both of our cars and spent about 5 hours total. They came out SO clean. My car honestly looks cleaner than when I first bought it. The first time, they scratched his rim during the installation. What made it even worse was that they tried to blame the damage on him, despite the fact that we literally watched it happen. Rather than taking responsibility, they were immediately defensive. We brought the vehicle back to have the damage addressed, and the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted like we were inconveniencing them and seemed more interested in getting us out the door than actually fixing the problem they caused. Then, on our most recent visit, they finally repaired the damaged rim -- only to cause ANOTHER issue in the process by putting a significant gouge in the sidewall of his tire. At this point, this is beyond an honest mistake. Three separate instances of damage to brand-new rims/tires is completely unacceptable. We trusted this business with an expensive purchase and instead had to repeatedly come back to deal with damage that should never have happened in the first place. If you care about your wheels and tires, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I had a membership with Jax for around 4 months because they gave me a discount for the best wash…read morethey have, the discount was the exact cost of the best wash Blast has. I canceled it when the discount ended and they were charging me like 15$ extra. The thing is, my car was never as clean as it is after I went to Blast. Also, the wash lasts twice as long. Another issue with Jax is that more than half of the times the employees went to the computer and marked 'No' to the option for tire shine, so my tires were cleaned sporadically. In Blast, the employees pre-wash my car VERY thoroughly. As soon as the wash ended and I saw my car I got a membership for me and my wife's car. Definitely recommend.
