I found this place last after I had a no show on a mobile detailing…read more They're very straight forward. I'm not sure if you can make appointments, they just told me to drop off the car between 8-9 am and pick up 4-5 pm. I think they don't accept you if they already have a lot of cars being taken care of already. The guy who serviced was very nice. The place is affordable compared to many places. I believe I got detailing done around 240 for a sedan both mobile and on a business site before. Just to be courteous, I removed everything out of my car prior other than placemats.

Marlon has an amazing business! OMG is my first experience…read morewith car detailing. Marlon was referred to me by vintage car enthusiasts. A couple months ago I purchased a 2017 Mercedes Benz. A used car with 9,000 miles. An exceptional used luxury car indeed. I received Mercedes relatively clean with very little usage. OMG! When I arrived at Marlon's shop my car gleamed in the sunshine! Marlon applied a sealant to the canvas convertible top which looks amazing as well!! Your value of work is perfect! THANK YOU MARLON! We will see you for Mercedes' general cleaning & upkeep.

Incomplete work, high price. I will never return. I paid…read more$600 for detailing my pickup truck. Did not do what was promised. Refused to do the work promised, gave excuses. You can see where they missed treating the paint. Windows were wiped on the interior side but left streaky, not clean. Chrome was not done and plastic was poorly treated if at all. Workmanship was substandard, especially considering the price. Chrome: particularly the wheels. Before: Dave pointed at them and said he'd take care of them. After: He said chrome isn't included in the $600 price. He claimed he meant the wheels would be "washed", and that's all they did. Still brake dust on the chrome wheels. Never said there was a more complete package that would actually include the chrome. Black plastic trim. Before: Dave said it would be back to black, not the stuff you buy in the auto parts store. What they use is better. It will be black I was told. After: It looked grey like it hadn't even been treated. Dave said if the plastic soaks up the treatment there's nothing he can do about that. Refused to do anything more. My trim is not black. I have used more effective black plastic treatments for auto parts stores. Use a better product or at least wipe the plastic one more time. Excuses and refusal is all I got. Did not even come close to delivering what was promised.

STOP DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! Inexperienced workers…read more Left polish in every single crack of my car. Polish all over the plastic and chrome trim. Very sloppy work done, very careless. POWER WASHED MY CLEAR COAT OFF! Stay away from these dudes. Everything about this service was terrible. When the owner realized I wasn't happy tried to hand me 40$ back. Very unprofessional from the second he quoted me a price. He referred to me as "Ziebart guy", because his prices where the same. Not "better pricing" as in other reviews stated. If I could give NO stars I would. I'm warning you stay away.

Don't waste your time…read more Disclosure: My car wasn't actually detailed. It's the awful - and arrogant in my opinion - attitude and lackluster customer service (actually disservice) that resulted in this review. I made the arrangement for outside detailing for Sunday, April 4. I received a confirmation notice the day of the scheduled work. Also got a text stating he was on his way and would be arriving in 13 minutes. Good start! I was outside working in my yard of my condo when a saw a white van pull into the driveway and parking area in the back. Different vehicle than what I'm used to seeing, and, since it was arriving at about the expected time, I gave the driver a nod. Maybe he didn't see that. Anyway, instead of coming to the front door where I was, he stayed in the van and, ALLEGEDLY, called me 3 times. When working outside, I do not carry my phone in my pocket. According to Danny, when I didn't answer, he drove off. However, I have an iPhone and there was NO record of ANY calls made to me. His excuse? He called the number I gave him. Baloney! I believe I know my own phone number. Why didn't he do what EVERY other person who has ever come to either do an estimate or work - and there have been many of both - and come to the front door and entrance??? I was waiting for him, and had set aside my time (I work for the Air Force and am not always home) for both outside and inside detailing. Here's the really bad part. Instead of manning up and sincerely (not just saying the word) apologizing, he stated that he always waits in his van and calls first. Too much of an effort to ring a doorbell like everyone else?? In the Emails that followed, he totally disrespected me by telling ME what I should have done. I made an appointment, and I was outside waiting for him, and yet I didn't do enough to contact him? Again, what contractor shows up and doesn't come to the door? Only him. His actual work might be excellent, but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.
