I trusted that Ziebart would do a quality job. But they really did a awful job. Got overspray on everything. Also missed many spots had to take it back 2 times the first spray for them to continue to do a horrible job. Very said because if they took the time to do the job properly it could be very affective. But it was defiantly rushed. Even my annual respray has been done half ass. So overall I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this. Also have a co-worker that had the same experience with them. read more

Not only was a good price but the staff was extremely friendly. When I dropped off my car, the man at the front desk asked me if I needed a ride home. I told him my dad lived right down the street and I would walk. It was raining that morning, he asked me if I wanted an umbrella. They estimated a 3-4 hour wait. They called me at the 3 1/2 hour mark and gave me a half hour heads up. My seats were 90% dry. Every other car detailing I've had, they left my seats soaking wet. I 100% recommend this place to anyone and wish I had found it sooner. And also, tip your service people, they deserve every penny!! read more

Had my truck detailed inside and out. My seats and carpet was not cleaned at All. I took a carpet cleaner and bucket of water and a white wash cloth and it was dirty. They Apologized and said they give me half of my money back I'm going to corporate on Monday. Dirt on Passenger door , mud on my mud flaps and didn't even clean the wheel wells. Said not part of a detail. Absolutely ridiculous they had my truck for 24 hours. read more

Ziebart in Dearborn did my initial rustproofing application (and diamond gloss) in 2023 but because it's an hour from my home I decided to have my yearly inspection, diamond gloss and re-spray done at the Ziebart in Utica. Boy was that a horrible decision! When I went to pick it back up the underneath looked like nobody had ever touched it as there was dirt, debris and mud all over the bottom. Had to get out of work early to go pick it up and arrange a ride only to be sent back home. Went back to pick up my truck a day later and the gentleman upfront tried to defend his worker by saying I had "caked" on mud underneath the car. I asked if it's standard policy to just rust proof spray over the mud and he said no "they probably should have sprayed it a second time" but proceeded to make me feel I was the problem for having mud under my truck. Welcome to Michigan Ziebart that's what happens to our cars. Do not go to this place! read more

I went to get my truck undercoated, i had it detailed 2 days before i brought this in (differnt place detailed), car was a mirror finish, so i dropped my car off greg was the counter guy nice guy explained a little about what they will do, so he calls me the same day which was great finished the under coating in one day, so i come back and noticed my car was wet spots, so i go and look at the paint and they ABSOULUTLY destroyed the paint , swirls and acctual sctratches deep ones to!, so i go to greg and asked did you guys run my car through a car wash, he gose no we hand wash the cars, well they must be using sandpaper and dirty ass water, not only that they dented my running board on passenger side and per my detailer whos a pro at what he dose and done thousands of cars, the hood has scratches from looks like a hose being dragged over it from washing it or under coating it, and they ruin my wheels they had over spray and what seemed like tar all over them drops and splats (didnt notice until my detailer had it) was to late to report all this cause been a few days cause i coulnt get my truck detailed right away , and have left over tar on my paint that wouldnt come out,now with all that said greg and the owner was very nice about giving me my money back and to get my car redeatailed, wish i could have got another $150 off but at that point to many days have passed and didnt wanna deal with the hasle, but for the care about your car do not go here they dont respect the property of someone else. This is report 3 on my experience with Ziebart's franchise customer service. This last review reports on my experience contacting Ziebart's Global HQ. After attempting to find customer service satisfaction both at local and regional levels I tried calling Ziebart's Global HQ. I visited http://international.ziebart.com/ziebart-international/ziebart-franchising/contact-us and surprisingly found a direct line to the Senior VP Michael W. Riley! I was surprised to see a direct non-800 phone line and called expecting to hear a generic message or one of many gatekeepers trained to keep local and 'minute' problems away from the leadership group. Instead, after 2 rings Mr. Riley himself answers the phone at around 9:24AM EDT. He was professional and courteous on the phone. He listened and apologized for the issues I encountered. I referred him to Yelp and Angie's list to read my full review of experiences. All in all I told him how surprised I was in talking to him. This may have been a one-time event who knows... maybe I was lucky. Regardless my experience communicating with Ziebart's leadership was very positive. I may return to Ziebart one day... but not to my local store. :-) read more
