586 Tint Factory will always get my business for every vehicle I own…read more Sean and his entire team provide the kind of customer service that is hard to find. When I first reached out online, I was unsure what type of tint I wanted and whether I wanted to go as dark as 5%. Instead of pressuring me into anything, Sean told me to come in so he could personally show me the differences between ceramic tint and the other options. The technicians were just as helpful. They showed me tint on their own personal vehicles, shared their honest opinions, and helped me understand exactly what I was getting. I originally knew I wanted 5% on the back of my Toyota Camry, which I use for Uber, but I was hesitant about doing the front windows that dark. After seeing everything in person, I decided to go with it--and I have loved it ever since. The tint looks amazing, the quality is excellent, and the car photographs beautifully. Sean also went above and beyond to squeeze me in on a Thursday morning so my brand-new Camry would be ready for Opening Day. Now, before leaving for another trip, I needed my front windshield done while working around several appointments. Once again, Sean found a way to squeeze me in. That level of service is why I came back and why I will continue coming back. From Sean to every technician in the shop, the whole experience was knowledgeable, professional, welcoming, and well-crafted from beginning to end. They do not just install tint--they make sure you understand your options and feel confident in your decision. Any car I own from this point forward is going to 586 Tint Factory. They have earned a customer for life.

I received a few quotes with varying prices and couldn't decide, therefore I also did a Google search of reviews of the various places to help me make my decision of where to take my vehicle. GP, which is 45 mins away from my home, and an hour in traffic from my work, quoted me a flat rate with parts and labor included, which was $20 more than a shop in my neighborhood. The removal and install was fast, and the gentleman was very professional. My bill was actually $20 more than the flat rate quoted. Therefore, I ended up paying $40 more than I would have paid had I gone to a local shop, 1hour 45 mins driving, and a 1/4 tank of gas. Pricey lesson learned. However, I'm grateful that my windshield is fixed before winter. I recommend this location for folks who live in the area. It's clean with a comfortable waiting room. Also, if you're low in cash, make sure you know that "flat rate" doesn't mean the same to everyone. Use the Project tool to receive quotes, etc, but do extra homework and know exactly how much a service will cost you in exact pricing, considering your travel (gas) expenses, and time when comparing.

DeQuan was by far the most responsive. He called me back right away, was professional, had availability, and we scheduled him to come out to our house. He detailed both of our cars and spent about 5 hours total. They came out SO clean. My car honestly looks cleaner than when I first bought it. I was down the street while he was working and could literally see my car shining from the end of the block. The pictures speak for themselves. Look how clean my car is. These regular car washes could never. His pricing was also very affordable compared to several other detailers I contacted in the area. People are seriously missing out and need to book him. We will definitely be using Detail Finesse again.
