I got my windshield done with Save On Auto Glass in Sterling Heights. This was by far a good company to work with very professional and friendly. They did a windshield replacement on my car in 45 minutes. The quote they gave me was cheaper than all the other quotes I received. 5 stars if I can add more stars I will. IT's been about a month since the work was done, and it's holding up. No leaks. The only thing I forgot was to take down my EZPass. They left it for me, but I had to get new stickers, but that was only $2 They came to my job. Did it right there. They gave me one of the best prices. Saved me about $200 read more

I had a very bad stone chip on my windshield and Josh, the owner told me that he didn't think it was fixable. I told him to go ahead and fix it anyways because I didn't want to put another claim on my auto insurance and that I would pay him no matter what the outcome was. Well he was not happy with the result abc refused to take payment. I insisted on payment but he refused. I told him that I was so thankful for his service and the professional experience he gave me. I would do business with him again for sure. read more

Communication was great. Price was half of the cost to go with Safelite. The installers Rodney and his partner (want to say) Josiah were professional, friendly, neat and respectful. read more

I had a cracked windshield and it needed to be replaced. I called around for prices and found that these guys were the most responsive and they were also cheaper. They will either go to where you are or you can bring your car to them. They got me in quickly. I made the appointment on Friday and was seen on Monday. I was told it would take about an hour and it only took 30 min. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them for your auto glass repair. read more

Called and had me on the schedule the next day for my windshield. They did drop primer on my paint and had to use brake cleaner to get it off " most of it" and left glass on my truck and in my driveway. Luckily I picked it up before my dogs stepped on it. read more

First time experience. A few days ago when I called to schedule my appointment the staff member was extremely helpful. He assisted me with my insurance claim and got me in right away. Today, I arrived and the gentleman at the counter welcomed me and offered fresh coffee while I waited. I was able to complete emails ~ they offer Free Wi-Fi. I was pleasantly surprised to have my windshield replaced in such a short amount of time, less than an hour. I was told the do's and don'ts for the next 24 hours and although I don't like driving around with blue tape and I'm in need of a car wash, I understand why and will deal with it lol I recommend to anyone needing repairs to call this location!! read more

Hello everyone. Save On Auto Glass is the best in the business as far as I am concerned. and will be the only business I will take my car to be fixed and repaired. I have a SRT 392 Scat Pack Widebody Charger and my car has been broken into a total of 7 times. The first three times I used three different glass repair businesses that did not live up to the standards that I required in replacing the required back windows of my Charger and the removal of the glass shards. Fast forward to the seventh time my car was broken into with the rear driver-side passenger window, I called the owner of Save On Auto Glass and explained my situation to him about having major surgery on my right leg and could not drive my car. The owner took it upon himself to help me out by sending two of his awesome employees to pick my car up and, have it delivered to his place of business to fix my window, and bring my car back the very next day, fully repaired as well as the glass shards cleaned out of the back seat. I am truly grateful for his help and I would like to state this business is right on point and know how to treat its customers. Give them a try and you will see the results like I have in using the business services four times. I am giving a shout-out to the greatest owner I have ever worked with. I would also like to thank him for everything he has done for me. read more

I would give a negative if possible. I had them replace my 2018 Ford Flex windshield and within 3 months it started leaking. When the replaced it they left a mess inside my vehicle. The 2 men that worked on it complained the entire time that they hated working on the Flex that it was difficult to do. I called when it started to leak and they came back out to fix it. The same 2 men came out and told me it was my fault that it was leaking that I must have slammed the doors. Maybe my back passenger was slamming the door. Well it's only my 6 month old in the back so, nope! They check the leak and confirmed it was leaking so the caulked the area that it was leaking from. They left a mess agin, this time black caulk all over my interior and the seat. I called to complain about the mess and they told me to bring it to their shop on Van Dyke and they would clean it. Well that 45 mins away from me. I ended up cleaning it myself. Well 2 months go by and guess what? It's leaking again! I'm guessing if I call they will probably tell me it's my fault. read more

Amazing experience! I had a lease vehicle and I needed to return it back but before I did I needed to replace the windshield because it had a crack. I called multiple places for a quote and this business had the best price. I work everyday so it was hard for me to get this fixed so the gentlemen told me they offer free mobile services to any location. The technicians came out to my work and fixed the crack which was awesome and super convenient for me!!! They also waive your deductible and try to find out the best route for you. He really went the extra mile for me and I really appreciated it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to replace their windshield. The glass also looked amazing I was very happy with this service and I would for sure be coming back if i ever have any issues with my glass. read more
