They were honest and the only company that told me my specific vehicle didn't need recalibration. They had my glass in stock and told me to head on over as soon as I called. went in for a chip in my windshield, put the resin in for a fix which is what i requested instead of replacement so no issue there. everything went well however when i went back into my car it had a very strong cigarette smell. not sure who fixed it but the smell is lingering in my car, and i am not a smoker. besides that, the service was fast and effective. read more

I guess you get what you pay for.. I've reached out twice now and still nothing. But they replaced my back glass on my vehicle but failed to put a screw back in so now my plastic around my window just flaps in the wind. My middle taillight was broken by them and my main taillight also has a crack in it now.. super disappointing. I just wanted the problem fixed but now I have to order a 15 dollar screw and hope the 500+ dollar lights will be fine... read more

The guy replacing my window bent a metal bar in the door and scratched the glass so I had to leave and go somewhere else paying twice to get my window fixed. This place is a robbery and it's disgusting. I wouldn't let these people run a cat house let alone try to fix windows. All these employees live with their parents 100%. This business was rude to me and didn't like that I took picture and video of my car. Like most car businesses, they take pictures and videos before the car goes in for repair. That's not only to protect the customer but it also protect the business, which most business do and understand. When I asked the worker about their reviews and inquired if they would take photos of the car before and after, she immediately mistreated me, saying, "We won't serve you." When a business acts like that and fails to reassure the customer, they essentially turn away my business due to their history of poor customer treatment. Don't just look at Google reviews; examine feedback on Google, Apple, Yelp, and more. Analyzing data across all reviews provides insights into how they handle business. I was deeply disappointed in how I, as a Deaf customer, was treated. Despite repeatedly asking them to communicate in writing, they refused, which is not in compliance with accommodations. However the only person who was very kind to me was a lady name Karen and the manager, but the front desk lady was very rude and I advise you only go in when Karen there. Don't go if Karen not there or go to another shop. Unfortunately when I went, Karen wasn't there yet. read more

I called on a Saturday morning for Henderson Glass on E. Walton. For the 2nd time, Henderson ordered a windshield that would not work for my 2017 Beetle! The first time, they told me I needed a Rain Sensor windshield. This after telling me over the phone that I was " mustaken" as my model "didn't come with a rain sensor" and that they were ordering the one I needed. Because I was leaving for 8 weeks out of town, I was forced to go in at 8am Saturday morning, where it was "first come,first serve"! Dropped of my car, returned home and 30 minutes Later they called to say the windshield wouldn't fit and I must need a dealer ordered one! Called Mr Windshield almost in tears. Steve assured me that they had what I needed in stock and he'd fit me in as soon as I could get there - on Saturday morning! Not only did Steve make me smile and rescue me, but I was in and out in an hour ( Henderson required an extra hour after installation before the car could be driven) for almost $100 less than Henderson glass quoted me!!! I simply had a question about a small dime size crack. They told Me to wait in the parking lot and never came to My car. I highly suggest going to another location for glass repair. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I called and scheduled a time to bring my truck in to get a windshield chip repaired and the lady told me "bring it on in and we will get you out in about 20-25 minutes" - So I did, but I was there for over an hour and a half before they even pulled my truck in to work on it. As they were pulling it into the building I noticed a lot of trash on the floor screws, glass, paper etc... so I asked the owner to please sweep the floor before pulling my truck in because I did not want a flat tire. He refused to do so and he literally took his hands and swept up a bunch of tempered glass and threw it in front of my truck like some kind of a smart ass. I got my keys back and left that place as fast as I could. While I was there for that 1 & 1/2 hours there were two other customers that brought their cars back because of faulty workmanship and that was a RED FLAG for me. Don't waste your time with the poor workmanship that this place produces. Took my car in for a windshield and they lost half of the hardware for my cowl put the gasket half on and left the solvent hose over the top of the intake. You'll end up spending more money to fix what they brake. It took me 5 minutes to fix what they couldn't after I got the proper hardware. read more
