I took a seat in their lobby and was able to relax a bit and watch TV. There's about 15 cushioned chairs in the lobby with a TV. Attached, they also have a quick oil change and next door, their car wash. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when Marcus told me that I didn't need to replace my back brakes because they were 80% good. Usually when you go to an auto mechanic they just tell you a bunch of non-sense repairs you don't really need. They were all super professional and take any card for payment (no additional charge). I have noticed that equipment breakdowns at Clinton Township, Utica, and Macomb have not been addressed and are simply set aside as vehicles proceed through the car wash facility. Capital funds that would normally be used to keep things running properly are now being diverted to procure additional facilities without keeping pace with the existing facilities' needs. My truck is not being washed thoroughly on both sides, nor are the others that go through the Kar Washes mentioned, and perhaps many others in the chain.
