This place has went downhill hill. I had been a loyal customer with them since 2006. September 3, 2025 I picked my Chrysler 200 up from them after paying $1200 for repairs. The car didn't make it to LCHS and back it was overheating. I called and was told to bring it back. When I pulled up to the place the oil change employees was pointing because it was something hanging loose from under my car. Marcus asked me to sit in the lobby so they could check it out. He had me sit there for hours with my child toddler and all. Didn't even offer me a ride home and I live across the street. I left a more detailed review of the situation in my previous review. After the review Bill reached out to me and said my review is killing his business and that he would replace my motor in my car on him. If I took it down. I called him back and asked him to write me a contract I recorded him on my other phone of him saying just give him some time. That was in December. I have not heard anything from him or anyone else at Basha. I lost my job and I've been in a rental since December 4, 2025 wasting thousands of dollars because my main car was also down. I've almost lost my home and I had to give my car back due to me not being able to afford the payments for a car that was not working. And pay for a rental to be able to provide for my family. I'm in a serious amount of debt and at risk of being homeless due to their negligence in handling my car repairs correctly the first time around. They robbed a loyal customer and has caused me to experience several financial hardships. I will be seeking legal action for reimbursement of rental car fees, pain and suffering, and lost wages. I gave this man 6 months and 11 days to fix my vehicle. I went back today and said what's going on with my car? It's still sitting in the same spot from six months ago. He told me I have to buy the motor and stuff now. This is after having valve gaskets and stuff replaced by his employee by the name of Marcus. I tried extending grace to Bil because he was experiencing his own problems with his mother being sick in another country and I thought I could trust him. In my past experiences he's never lied to me. But this has just been one lie after another. I posted the Google review he reached out to me we talked he said he'd send me the videos. FYI iPhones record the date and time the original pic/video was taken. He told me December 4, 2025 he had to get it from across the street. After waiting a few hours and not recieving a call back at 12:28pm and noticed my car was full of snow and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. I recorded a video and everything. I get the video from Bil and it has a date stamped to it of November 28, 2025 at 4:43pm. When I tell Bil that he tells me on the recording they pushed it. That would be impossible the car windows had snow on them still. I've been holding on to these court papers but I'll be filing them in court tomorrow. I'm a single mother of two my kids didn't have a Christmas, we're on the verge of being homeless. While his business continues to thrive. Take it from me don't take your car there! You will be ripped off and lied to! This place is supposed to be better business bureau accredited. But don't waste your time they won't respond. Save yourself the headache and financial burden! Do not go to this shop! I dropped my car off there to get looked at and 4 days later they still didn't even get it in the shop to take a look.. when I picked my car up, all down the driver's side of my car was scuffs and green paint.. my mirror had scratches on it and my drivers door handle was all dented up.. mind you I picked my car up with no work done! All they accomplished in 4 days was to somehow sideswipe my car with another! Complete garbage of a place.. I wouldn't recommend taking anything there.. read more

I called and spoke with Bill. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to have my brakes replaced. I told him what noises I was hearing and that I'd be in after work on Wednesday. He gave me a quote and I was comfortable with it. Fast forward to Wednesday when I walk in to find a super friendly and helpful, Marcus. I took a seat in their lobby and was able to relax a bit and watch TV. There's about 15 cushioned chairs in the lobby with a TV. Attached, they also have a quick oil change and next door, their car wash. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when Marcus told me that I didn't need to replace my back brakes because they were 80% good. Usually when you go to an auto mechanic they just tell you a bunch of non-sense repairs you don't really need. They were all super professional and take any card for payment (no additional charge). I'm tempted to complain that the rating system has too few stars to adequately express the level off satisfaction felt with each Basha experience. They wake-up each monning with one thought...how can we make this day a new highmark for everyone who comes in contact with our team (they say familly). The men/women at Basha's are FAST and AFFORDABLE! I have been a regular customer for years and always get in and out in what I would call great time! Often, it takes less than 15 minutes!!! The team is very polite, offering free water and/or snacks and they will vacuum your car, if you want! They also top off washer fluid and give you a free car wash coupon with every oil change. The best part is pricing. While other 10-15 minute oil change places charge $75-$100 for full synthetic oil change, I only pay about $65 for my XT4, and it would be less if not for the special filter and the extra .3 quart of oil needed. I have also had my transmission fluid changed along with an oil change and the extra service did not add much more time to the visit. Basha's Magical Touch is TOP NOTCH! I went in for the first time. They had many employees working together to get the job done quick! Came in for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I stepped out of my car while a guy did a complimentary vacuum and another sanitized and wiped my interior windshield! Plus, I got a complimentary carwash where it was well staffed. 4 in the back- 2 to spray and 2 to brush exterior windshield and back window on my crv. Then another 4 at the front to wipe down the car. When I called to check prices, the guy said I didn't need an appointment and I'd be out in 15 mins. He was not over exaggerating at all! I happened to come across Basha's because I was delivering a package for my side hustle. Remembering that I needed an oil change, I proceeded to ask the guy the cost and how long would it take. Let's just say that I found me a new place to go to. First off, I found out what the guys name was, and it's David. He was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. Not only was the price very reasonable, (truth be told, it beat out everyone I came across for full synthetic oil), they cleaned my windows, vacuumed my car, and David went the extra step to wash down my mats. I really hated to leave them a negative review, because if you're only going in for an oil change, they're great, but DO NOT leave your car here for service. I am unfortunately in what seems to be the midst of a very long, upsetting, and potentially nasty mess. Early Dec my vehicle was experiencing some issues, and I had it towed here, because, as I mentioned, they've always been great with short term service. It was dropped off hours, so I called first thing in the morning to let them know the issues and where my keys/ wheel lock were located. Hear nothing all day, but that's understandable as there were presumably cars ahead of mine. The next day, I get a call with a LIST of issues. I let Marcus know that I have a warranty, and that information is in my glove compartment. This was Tuesday December 5th. So all week I eagerly await the call to see what exactly my warranty will cover because again, this is a thousand plus dollar list. By Saturday I call them he says he was busy couldn't call whatever, I said I can call ? I've been without a car all week now like I need an answer.... So he says "it's my job I can call" Now we're in to week two and 6 days without a car, he finally calls to say they replaced the battery which shut off two other sensors but the one is $275 and my deductible is $250. THEY SAID they'll knock off the $25 to save the time in paperwork. I SAID, well shouldn't I pay the $250 and fix everything???? he said they won't cover it if it's not on now??? Okay?? So fast forward to the 13th-MY BIRTHDAY, I end up with an $1100 bill, "they took some money off" for me, then, AS IM GETTING IN YHE CAR TO DRIVE AWAY, mind you I've been there 15-20 minutes with NO MENTION of this, the MANAGER says, "oh if your engine light comes on it's just (something I can't recall) BUT IT SHOULDNT but if it does, I just want you to know" and that didn't sit right with me, but it was my birthday, they were closing, I had been without a car for weeks, my mom was waiting for us to come drop off her car, a couple of factors played in to me NOT making him elaborate on WHY TF my engine light would come on after I paid you thousands to fix the car. Sooo all this time that's been in my head, and I saved the dated and timestamped memos I wrote regarding the repairs bc it all was never mathing. Tuesday Feb 20th I parked after picking up my lunch for work, parked a BIT too close to the walkway, and reversed. Parked the car, and saw my engine light on. I CALL THEM, let them know, I can bring it Friday morning, but I have to get to work, so I can't bring it until the weekend, but I'm very upset (bc of the above situation, and reiterated on that) I drop it off 8am Friday morning, reiterate the problem to the gentleman, so they remember my situation, and express my concern in the comments made and events happening. MARCUS calls me Saturday 2/24 @ 10:35a to say it was a mass/map (unclear over the phone) sensor. THE EXACT SENSOR I HAVE WRITTEN DOWN FROM DEC 11th WHERE THEY told me it was fine once they changed the battery. So he says he'll call the warranty company etc. IT IS SUNDAY, I have heard nothing back, and I have no car to get to my first job, and no way to get the car seats from my car for my second job. Their online presence states they're open Sunday which is misleading as their service shop is not. MARCUS' communication skills are COMPLETELY unacceptable If they think I'm paying for this to be corrected, this story will have a whole new "out of control" twist, as I will not come out a cent for this. read more

They always offer me a bottle of water and will do a quick vacuum and window wash with the oil change. Next door is their car wash and you get a free coupon with the oil change for a car wash, and the car wash is just as great. Highly recommend getting the brake dust solvent for $5 extra because that stuff actually works! Basha also never pressured me into buying unnecessary items. used to be an honest place. The oil change spot is still decent, however they argued over how much oil goes in my car only to find out they forgot to change the oil. mistakes happen so I went back..mechanic shop is ram by a crook. price changed 3 times, so I inquired how are brakes $379, they stated because it included rotors??? it was back brakes with little to no wear!!! so I said just replace the pads and he quoted me $179 plus tax...the pads themselves are barely $30 for normal people buying them retail. For those that don't know, rear brakes are cheaper as they are much smaller. Do yourself a favor a find a better shop to mechanical work read more
