Another great experience! They changed a bulb in my headlight in less than five minutes! Extremely helpful and friendly group of people. The only place I will ever take my car for maintenance! read more

I've been coming here for years and even after moving from the area to out of my way to come back! They are an awesome business, fast, friendly, and affordable! Not many places these days that take care of customers they way they do, don't think twice just support this local business! read more

Everyone is so nice and hospitable! Amazing service! oil change with full synthetic for $69 bucks! Free car vacuum and they clean your windows! you also get a free car wash voucher for the car wash next to them! amazing amazing place! read more

went in for standard oil change , didn't have the paper coupon - they gave me the discount . While under the hood a hose for coolant was found with a hole , coolant pouring out. The guys were able to get me right in for a repair , the car wouldn't have been able to be driven . Of course no one likes to have / pay for unexpected car repair - I had no second thoughts , it's about trust when it comes to car repairs and I have full trust that I made the right decision . Will continue to use the service(s) when needed Mickey read more

I love this place fast efficient and inexpensive! I always come here for an oil change that's always about 5-8 mins. They vacuum your car, wash your mats, and put air in the tires all while getting an oil change. In the summertime they bbq so while you're waiting you can enjoy a hotdog/hamburger. They're always giving treats such as candy or water. You always get a free car wash next door and $4 off your next oil change with every visit. They also do other car maintenance work, tire rotation, breaks, windshield wipers replacements, rotors etc ... read more

I am very happy. They did not just fixed my car, but they were also attentive, gentle, efficient and honest. What it would cost me way more time and money at the dealer the did it in just few hours for an affordable price. I'm For sure going back to them when my car would need something to be done. Thanks Basha! read more

This place needs to get rid of the guy working the window at the car wash!! he's so rude and never has a smile on his face. I usually tip but this morning i didn't have any cash and he barely wanted to wipe my car! it was busy yesterday and the guys in the afternoon were slammed and i didn't have a spot on my car when i left.. BAD FOR BUSINESS! and i come here all the time! read more

Thus was the best oil change I have had in years. It was fast and professional. The staff offered me free water and candy. I also got a free car wash! Even though this isn't in my neighborhood, I plan to come back. read more

I have been going to Basha since I got a car when I turned 16. They have some of the most amazing costumer service I have ever experienced. I have heard the tales and experienced it a time or two (when I was off to college and had to get my oil changed somewhere else) of people who try to push products on you and tell you you need new... EVERYTHING. Basha does not do that because they already fill it all for you. It's such a reasonable price as well. They also give you a free car was with your oil change, they'll vacuum your car and offer you water, coffee or candy. Not to mention that anytime between oil changes that you need more fluids you can go in and they will top it off, FOR FREE. I think everyone should go to Basha for their car needs. Thank you Basha! read more

I like their rapid and thorough car interior / exterior detailing packages; get your oil changed at the same time!

Great quick service. They check and fill all normal fluids with an oil change. Bonus, free car wash with your service.

I'm making the switch to this oil change location. Amazing customer care, great value, they take wonderful care of your car. Highly recommend coming here. read more

Wow I can't believe they got this guy Stanley Mitchell working out there drying cars.. he was with the guy that stole my money when he worked at MR. Cs!!! and he was rude when I came through the wash today he didn't even recognize me lol... If I were bash I would watch this guy.. He's so rude he's all like pull up before he would touch my car like wow everybody else hustles and runs up to the car when their busy he just stands there like me cool guy.. other than that this place is great!! read more

Basha's Magical Touch - Oil change - Car Wash Near Me - Clinton Township, Michigan

Ok seriously, these guys are on it. Came in on a Sunday for oil change and tire rotation. They swarmed my car, giving me water, vacuuming the Interior and I believe the fastest oil change I have ever had. This is exemplary service and I can not recommend enough. Top tier, you need to visit this place and see for yourself. I'll definitely be back. Update: 5 mo later. Still the best. I tried their new was after oil change and the service extends right next door. This BASHA GUYS KNOWS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. SOLID 5 stars. read more

This was my first time going. Friends recommended said Basra's was the best. They were right!!! The service was good old fashioned customer service. They treated me like royalty and did a wonderful job! They even vacuumed my car out. Did not try to sell extra stuff. Best price I have ever paid for an oil change. I found my new place! Oh I forgot only 10 minutes! read more

They're quick to get to you, know what they're doing, honest, and right on the mark with pricing. They always offer to vacuum my car and you get a free car wash with each oil change. Basha is a godsend to anyone who needs anything car related. They are fast, efficient, and exemplify outstanding customer service. I've been many times for oil changes, minor repairs, and flat tires. I challenge anyone to try and beat their prices and customer service - you won't be able to beat Basha. I can't recommend them enough. So long as I live in the Detroit metro area, I will always use them. read more

By far the greatest place to get an oil change. I refuse to go anywhere else. I tell everyone I can about basha's. Their customer service is unmatched. They have never failed to offer me a water bottle, free vacuuming, they wipe your windows for you. Free car wash with your oil change. Uncle Ed's charges significantly more for the same service and it takes significantly longer with zero customer service. read more

I feel like I've been getting oil changes all wrong my whole life after going to Basha. The staff were so kind, quick and responsive. They give you a water and a sucker, vacuum & wash your mats, clean your windows, super efficient oil change and you get a car wash! Incredibly impressed and highly recommended! read more

It was a blessing from God to find this place. I'm leery of shady mechanics. I've had some not good experiences in my life time. Nothing is better than a good mechanic and place you can trust that's not out of take advantage of you, drain you of the most money they can get, and even do things to the car so they can tell you it needs fixing. I don't get anything like that from this place. I had an excellent experience. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, busy, and reasonably priced. They even brought me a cold bottle of water on a hot day. I will be back. Superb! May God continue to bless and keep them. read more

My car had a stuck aluminum oil filter cap and they fixed it took em about 3-4 days I was happy with the results but now my car won't turn on because when I opened the hood I saw some wires that were cut and also were black taped that I've never seen before, so they fixed my problem but added more. I would like to call the place and see if they could fix the problem they did. read more

Absolutely love this place. Went based on recommendations from a friend, and we are so glad we did!! The staff members were extremely personable and friendly. I've honestly never experienced that kind of customer service at an oil change place before. They were very fast and offered to clean our car mats too! Then, to top it off, we got a free car wash afterward. Love this place. Already recommending to friends and family. Can't wait to go back! read more

I've been coming here ever since moving to the area and I have no desire to go anywhere else for a car wash. The basic wash for $4 includes underbody flush AND towel dry! Getting both at this price is a value in my opinion. Workers are always super friendly and efficient, and when they brush your car before the wash it is a nice thick soap that they use. Towel dryers will accept your tip, but don't make you feel obligated. Gas is a little expensive, so I don't get that here. However, FREE AIR!! I already loved this place, and now I love it ten times more. Highly recommend! read more

This has always been my go to car wash. Never again! Went yesterday and there was a sign at the beginning that said they will clean your wheels and tires for $5.00 extra. The machine used to do a pretty good job of that in the past. After the wash my wheels were filthy. So they have obviously turned off the part of the car wash that cleans the wheels. That's B.S. and bad business!!! read more

Don't typically post reviews, but I also don't typically drive away from an oil change thinking it might just be the highlight of my day! The staff was so nice and went above and beyond, from being completely honest and not trying to sell me anything else, to vacuuming my car to giving my son a cup full of suckers because he couldn't decide on a color...we will be getting all of our oil changes done here from now on! Oh, it was also super reasonable...$50 for full synthetic - and a free car wash coupon to their place next door which was also amazing! read more

Just had the BEST experience here. Basha truly is #1 there's not even a close second.

Best experience I've ever had. Such a nice people and caring. Will get u in and out in no time and even clean ur car and sanitize ur windows! Very great service read more

Great customer service. $25 oil change and they did not try to upsell at all. Free carwash with your oil change! Will definitely be back.

I will never go anywhere else! These guys were so professional and FAST. Offered me water and coffee, and there were 2 waiting rooms that kept me comfy in the bitter Michigan weather. I checked around, and nobody could beat the price. They gave my son a little matchbox car...I have one happy child, and that's huge on a busy day. And I like that there's a nice car wash attached next door, I left feeling quite accomplished in under a half hour. Thanks Guys! read more

they built a new car wash, so I thought I would try it since I have had bad luck with drive threw car washes. I am sad to say my Jeep Wrangler was still dirty after going threw :(. And sadly it really wasn't that dirty to begin with read more

OMG. I saw their ad in the Macomb Daily for a $24, semi-synthetic oil change. I was surprised to see they opened at 7am, so I swung in on my way to work at 7:30. They had 5 guys attack my car like it was the Indy 500. I was given an ice cold bottle of water. They saw my car seats in the back and brought me a bowl of suckers for my kids. Sprayed my door hinges with lube. Told me that my oil change comes with a free vacuum of the interior. Finally, they told me that every oil change comes with a free car wash next door. I was blown away by their service and friendliness. I found my new favorite repair shop. I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 stars all the way. read more

I can't belive what amazing service this place just gave me. In and out in less than 10 mins, employees were all so nice and polite. Gave myself and my kids cold water, and kids got a shower let and toy car. Price for an oil change and a filter were very reasonable. I was put for under $50, usually I pay $60 just for an oil change!! I will never go anywhere else from now on. Free car wash and vacuum! I don't know how they are doing it, but they just gained a customer for life. read more
