I had an appointment in the area was cause for me being there, but my car was acting strange along my drive. Mind you, my home is a 2 hour distance away. I first went here @ 7pm on May 3rd. Any tech I spoke with was very friendly. Ran a diagnostic on my check engine light, told me the problem and approximate cost, but mechanics all left for the day and couldn't fix my car. May 4th morning after exhausting all efforts at other auto garage shops (were too busy to squeeze me in on that day) and dealership (wanted me to wait for at least 3 hours), I called Basha's and was strongly urged to come in. I was limited on money and the owner did what was necessary within my budget so I can drive safely back home. I interacted with more techs and each one was so super friendly and I felt so welcomed being there. May sound cheezy to say, but each person was so gracious and hospitable. The owner worked on my car outside cuz all bays were full and it took him less than a half hour to get me done. I planned to wait the time necessary and was pleasantly surprised at the quick time and attention he gave to my emergency type situation. Thanks again for helping me so much!!!! I don't normally leave reviews but the service and staff were so amazing I really wanted to give them as much credit as possible. My entire family gets oil changes, top offs, car washes, and all work done on our cars at this place. To start They are always very fast and to the point. They don't try to over sell me, the entire staff is helpful and always smiling, mainly they are very honest. Every time I pull up for a oil change they come out immediately and give myself and my kids water and snacks. Today specifically was an amazing experience, we are headed out of state for thanksgiving and needed a quick oil change and they did just that and more. David was remarkable. We have our kids in the car and he brought our waters for us all, my kids favorite candy and then proceeded to ask my 3 year son his favorite super hero. My son replied with Batman and David came back out with a Batman car, Batman pin, Batman face mask, and a few other Batman/super hero toys. The entire staff and establishment is definitely amazing but David deserves a little extra credit today for all his attentiveness and kindness to my family. He is my sons new favorite person. As a female it is very difficult to find an oil place that you can trust. They see you and think "DUMB" and "DOLLARS" Not Basha!! Every employee is so extremely nice. They go way more than out of their way to make you feel comfortable, some even tease at you once they know you, LOL!! They greet you with a smile, a water, and options of a vacuum (even if your car is a disgrace). Today topped it all. As I was pulling out the tech let me know my headlight was out. They pulled me up and replaced it in 5 minutes ( something my repair shop makes me drop my car off and keeps it ALL DAY for then charges me an outrages price for). Basha has a VERY LONG TIME customer in me and I spend everyday telling my friends and family to go there. BTW, months ago I thought the tech was messing with me asking if I wanted the air filter in my glove box changed. I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND OUT IT WAS REAL!! I have already left a review for them on Google, but figured I would post an updated one on here! First off, as I always say, they are the absolute BEST company to contact for ANY of your auto needs. Whether it's an oil change, auto internal service (they have performed wonderful extensive labor and service on one of our vehicles) or just a simple car wash. They are amazingly humble, polite, courteous, genuine, fast, and welcoming! For all of the years we have been customers of theirs, they have not ONCE tried to up-sell us on any work or services. The oil changes are fast and include amenities that no other shops would offer (not to mention the vacuum and free car wash)! They make sure you are taken care of in every aspect treating you with a bottle of water, coffee or my fav (candy)!! The men/women at Basha's are FAST and AFFORDABLE! I have been a regular customer for years and always get in and out in what I would call great time! Often, it takes less than 15 minutes!!! The team is very polite, offering free water and/or snacks and they will vacuum your car, if you want! They also top off washer fluid and give you a free car wash coupon with every oil change. The best part is pricing. While other 10-15 minute oil change places charge $75-$100 for full synthetic oil change, I only pay about $65 for my XT4, and it would be less if not for the special filter and the extra .3 quart of oil needed. I have also had my transmission fluid changed along with an oil change and the extra service did not add much more time to the visit. Basha's Magical Touch is TOP NOTCH! I was apprehensive about going here today because a couple of years ago I didn't like the place. The workers did an OK job, but the manager was trying to sell me on EVERYTHING. "get this and that done" or " you better get this taken care of " etc. Very annoying to say the least. Point being, I had a GREAT experience there today! The manager was friendly, the workers were friendly and made me feel like I mattered as a customer. I asked for additional info on a power steering flush and getting my A/C looked at in the future. Info was given without any pressure to do it NOW. I would say that if you haven't gone there, you should! For the most part, I'm very skeptical of yelp reviews. I think bots write them or the reviews are just fluffed up to make the place seem great. I've never written a review on anything. THIS PLACE ROCKS. It took them 8 minutes to give me an oil change, top off all of my fluids and vacuumed my car out for $23 dollars. That's a deal. On top of that they instantly offered my girlfriend and I waters to drink and we were led to a room with yummy suckers and coffee to drink. I was visiting my family and I needed an oilchange. I paid for premium oil, but I overheard guys who work there talking about regular oil in a strange language (but they pronounced oil names/brands in English). When I asked about it, they just pretended they couldn't speak good English (everyone there is a foreigner). I got a coupon for a free carwash, I got my rear door on a passenger's side scratched by their washing equipment. There was a loud sound and my car shook on impact. I tried to complain, they just brushed me off. Not cool. I'm never coming back to that horrible place. read more

I tried Basha's for the first time due to the positive reviews I saw. I have never had a truly positive experience getting an oil change before, but Basha's did not disappoint! Just like the other reviews state, they immediately offered to vacuum my car, coffee, and candy. I had at least three people greet me and thank me for coming. I was in and out before my coffee even had enough time to cool down. The best part of the experience was that they didn't try to up sell. They just straight up changed my oil and sent me on my way. My girlfriend noticed a dent in her car, after going through their carwash. She complained, and they took her to the small office in the back. There was some small, bald guy with scary eyes was looking at naked girls on his computer. He told her he's the owner and then offered her some carwash coupon books, tried to hit on her (saying she is much prettier than his Syrian wife), and then after she got mad told her to get the hell off his property, never to return again. Holy shoot! I am new to the location and this was my first visit. Incredible! The service they provide is the best I've ever seen. So good that I started writing this review before my oil change was even finished! Extremely friendly, but not annoying, and they were very fast. They offered to vacuum the interior of my car, gave me a bottle of water and a sucker upon arrival, and even gave me a discount and a free car wash ticket. Their pricing is on point too! Been exclusively going here for 4 years or so now because they have the best pricing and service on the east side that I've seen. Oil Change takes 6-8 minutes at most. I even drove from Clawson when I moved to that side of town because no other place compares. Staff is super friendly, they offer to vaccuum your interior, top off fliuds, check tire pressure, air them up if need be, and give you a cold water bottle. Their carwash bruised my passenger's side door. I complained, they pointed me to the owner's office. Inside he had hustler on his screen, acting like the mob boss or something. He said that I came with an already dented car, looking for opportunity to get his money(?!). I told him it's ridiculous, I came to wash my car and it got damaged. Then he told me how they are not responsible for damages (pointing outside where apparently there's a sign saying that they are not liable for any damage or loss). Wow! read more

My first time there was today. I was warmly greeted with smiles from everyone in the building. My oil change was done quickly, and affordably. Included with my oil change was a car wash vacuuming of my floor mats and the manager came up to me and introduced himself and handed me a bottle of cold water to drink while I was outside my car during the vacuuming process. I love Basha so much!! I will never get my oil changed anywhere else. They have the absolute best customer service ever. All of the guys are so friendly (and super attractive) and all come up and say hello, and are so helpful.They really make you feel pampered there. I drove off after a fairly quick oilchange. However, shortly afterwards, my engine stalled, there was some horrible noise and screeching. I had to tow it to my dealership service, where they informed me that the oilchange people screwed something up, forgot some screws or whatever. Cost me $500 deductible and 5 days to fix it. Went to the service owner with the bill, he gathered his thugs and almost beat me up. Told me to get lost. read more
