Justin arrived at my apartment early, and was exceedingly polite, respectful, and took great initiative to accommodate specifics that were important to me (vacuuming, steam cleaning leather interior and carpets/mats, cleaned engine, washed/waxed exterior, including tire shine). When completed, my car looked absolutely brand new (my car is currently four years old). Justin worked on my car for over four hours in the summer humidity (without taking a break), never complained, and charged me far less than estimates given locally by similar businesses. Ten stars. Excellent experience all around!
