Confession: my vehicle was never clean. My kids have trashed it with milk, there was a thin layer…read moreof dust but the crowning moment is when I spilled a 16 oz smoothie (banana, peanut butter and flax seeds were among the ingredients) all over my front seat. It was a mess even I couldn't live with. I started calling off of yelp to get help until I remembered Jeremy, who I've known since high school, owned a mobile detailing place... The nice thing about his business is he comes to you, every other place I called needed me to drop off my car for a few hours. He did an excellent job. Every nook and cranny of my Acadia is sparkling clean. I didn't need him to do the outside (it is crummy weather) but I'm sure he'd do an excellent job on it as well. And he is a genuinely nice person. Supporting a small, local business owned by really nice person...win-win in my book. DeQuan was by far the most responsive. He called me back right away, was professional, had availability, and we scheduled him to come out to our house. He detailed both of our cars and spent about 5 hours total. They came out SO clean. My car honestly looks cleaner than when I first bought it. I was down the street while he was working and could literally see my car shining from the end of the block. The pictures speak for themselves. Look how clean my car is. A quick Google search at a rest stop found Auto 1 near my final destination in Berkley. I called not realizing that it was already after hours, Mike called me right back from his cell phone and asked me to send him a pic of my VIN. The next day he called me again and said that my windshield was on order and should be in just as I arrived in Michigan. He got the glass replaced it for me quickly and was very professional and polite. The next day I noticed a weird defect in the glass so I called Mark again and without hesitation he said to give him a couple days to order another windshield. He called me back and installed the other new windshield a few days later and it is perfect! Hands down, choose Auto 1 in Berkley every time.
