I have been going to this location to have my vehicles washed when it first opened as "CLASSIC…read moreCARRIAGE" car wash. The washes there were always to my satisfaction & if it wasn't they would have you run your vehicle through again until you were satisfied. Now this facility is called, "CLEAN VIEW AUTO WASH" and still they do a very good job in making sure my vehicles are clean, however.... I just purchased their monthly membership for unlimited washes for $34.99 & after a few months of the service I had to cancel my membership due to budget restrictions. First of all, you are supposed to be able to cancel online, when I tried it kept telling me there was no such account. So, I contacted them via email to cancel & 2 days later I received a response from them offering another membership at a lower cost. I explained to them that I was not interested & to please cancel my membership. Again, another response for a different membership, this aggravated me because I know all I wanted to do was CANCEL the membership, if I wanted to lower it, I would have requested that already. Another email sent to them telling them my aggravation to just cancel the membership, which finally the District Manager, Daniel Brown stated in the email, "Though we are sad to see you go, I have canceled your membership. You will receive no further billings." 5 days later I have charged/withdrawn from my bank account the $34.99 membership once again. They do a good job in cleaning your car/truck, but I will never get their membership again & I will tell others not to either because of all the hassle you have to go through just to cancel the membership! **Just so you know, we had to go up to the location with are car, membership numbers & card we used for payment to get our refund. At least we got that back! MEMBERSHIP AT THIS COMPANY?? NEVER AGAIN!!

I'm honestly shocked the reviews are what brought me in but I'm livid. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was really nice but I'm so pissed at my car right now.

This place has went downhill hill. I had been a loyal customer with them since 2006. September 3,…read more2025 I picked my Chrysler 200 up from them after paying $1200 for repairs. The car didn't make it to LCHS and back it was overheating. I called and was told to bring it back. When I pulled up to the place the oil change employees was pointing because it was something hanging loose from under my car. Marcus asked me to sit in the lobby so they could check it out. He had me sit there for hours with my child toddler and all. Didn't even offer me a ride home and I live across the street. I left a more detailed review of the situation in my previous review. After the review Bill reached out to me and said my review is killing his business and that he would replace my motor in my car on him. If I took it down. I called him back and asked him to write me a contract I recorded him on my other phone of him saying just give him some time. That was in December. I have not heard anything from him or anyone else at Basha. I lost my job and I've been in a rental since December 4, 2025 wasting thousands of dollars because my main car was also down. I've almost lost my home and I had to give my car back due to me not being able to afford the payments for a car that was not working. And pay for a rental to be able to provide for my family. I'm in a serious amount of debt and at risk of being homeless due to their negligence in handling my car repairs correctly the first time around. They robbed a loyal customer and has caused me to experience several financial hardships. I will be seeking legal action for reimbursement of rental car fees, pain and suffering, and lost wages. I gave this man 6 months and 11 days to fix my vehicle. I went back today and said what's going on with my car? It's still sitting in the same spot from six months ago. He told me I have to buy the motor and stuff now. This is after having valve gaskets and stuff replaced by his employee by the name of Marcus. I tried extending grace to Bil because he was experiencing his own problems with his mother being sick in another country and I thought I could trust him. In my past experiences he's never lied to me. But this has just been one lie after another. I posted the Google review he reached out to me we talked he said he'd send me the videos. FYI iPhones record the date and time the original pic/video was taken. He told me December 4, 2025 he had to get it from across the street. After waiting a few hours and not recieving a call back at 12:28pm and noticed my car was full of snow and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. I recorded a video and everything. I get the video from Bil and it has a date stamped to it of November 28, 2025 at 4:43pm. When I tell Bil that he tells me on the recording they pushed it. That would be impossible the car windows had snow on them still. I've been holding on to these court papers but I'll be filing them in court tomorrow. I'm a single mother of two my kids didn't have a Christmas, we're on the verge of being homeless. While his business continues to thrive. Take it from me don't take your car there! You will be ripped off and lied to! This place is supposed to be better business bureau accredited. But don't waste your time they won't respond. Save yourself the headache and financial burden! I canceled it when the discount ended and they were charging me like 15$ extra. The thing is, my car was never as clean as it is after I went to Blast. Also, the wash lasts twice as long. Another issue with Jax is that more than half of the times the employees went to the computer and marked 'No' to the option for tire shine, so my tires were cleaned sporadically. In Blast, the employees pre-wash my car VERY thoroughly. As soon as the wash ended and I saw my car I got a membership for me and my wife's car. Definitely recommend.
