The washes there were always to my satisfaction & if it wasn't they would have you run your vehicle through again until you were satisfied. Now this facility is called, "CLEAN VIEW AUTO WASH" and still they do a very good job in making sure my vehicles are clean, however.... I just purchased their monthly membership for unlimited washes for $34.99 & after a few months of the service I had to cancel my membership due to budget restrictions. First of all, you are supposed to be able to cancel online, when I tried it kept telling me there was no such account. So, I contacted them via email to cancel & 2 days later I received a response from them offering another membership at a lower cost. I explained to them that I was not interested & to please cancel my membership. Again, another response for a different membership, this aggravated me because I know all I wanted to do was CANCEL the membership, if I wanted to lower it, I would have requested that already. Another email sent to them telling them my aggravation to just cancel the membership, which finally the District Manager, Daniel Brown stated in the email, "Though we are sad to see you go, I have canceled your membership. You will receive no further billings." 5 days later I have charged/withdrawn from my bank account the $34.99 membership once again. They do a good job in cleaning your car/truck, but I will never get their membership again & I will tell others not to either because of all the hassle you have to go through just to cancel the membership! **Just so you know, we had to go up to the location with are car, membership numbers & card we used for payment to get our refund. At least we got that back! MEMBERSHIP AT THIS COMPANY?? NEVER AGAIN!!

I took a seat in their lobby and was able to relax a bit and watch TV. There's about 15 cushioned chairs in the lobby with a TV. Attached, they also have a quick oil change and next door, their car wash. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when Marcus told me that I didn't need to replace my back brakes because they were 80% good. Usually when you go to an auto mechanic they just tell you a bunch of non-sense repairs you don't really need. They were all super professional and take any card for payment (no additional charge). They delivered flawless work - exceptional wax job, every door frame and crevice meticulously cleaned, and the interior looks amazing. The cheapest wash available is only $3 for a soft touch wash and touchless blower. I have chosen the $3 wash several times for a quick clean when my car isn't too dirty. For a more thorough cleaning, I've chosen the $7 wash that includes a towel dry, underbody flush, and wheel and tire cleaner. My vehicle came out very clean. There are also $10 and $13 options if you want a clear coat or a complete body protectant and a tire shine. The young men who work there are always polite and do a good job of towel drying my vehicle. Another plus is that there is a punch card where you get your sixth wash free.

I canceled it when the discount ended and they were charging me like 15$ extra. The thing is, my car was never as clean as it is after I went to Blast. Also, the wash lasts twice as long. Another issue with Jax is that more than half of the times the employees went to the computer and marked 'No' to the option for tire shine, so my tires were cleaned sporadically. In Blast, the employees pre-wash my car VERY thoroughly. As soon as the wash ended and I saw my car I got a membership for me and my wife's car. Definitely recommend.
