The washes there were always to my satisfaction & if it wasn't they would have you run your vehicle through again until you were satisfied. Now this facility is called, "CLEAN VIEW AUTO WASH" and still they do a very good job in making sure my vehicles are clean, however.... I just purchased their monthly membership for unlimited washes for $34.99 & after a few months of the service I had to cancel my membership due to budget restrictions. First of all, you are supposed to be able to cancel online, when I tried it kept telling me there was no such account. So, I contacted them via email to cancel & 2 days later I received a response from them offering another membership at a lower cost. I explained to them that I was not interested & to please cancel my membership. Again, another response for a different membership, this aggravated me because I know all I wanted to do was CANCEL the membership, if I wanted to lower it, I would have requested that already. Another email sent to them telling them my aggravation to just cancel the membership, which finally the District Manager, Daniel Brown stated in the email, "Though we are sad to see you go, I have canceled your membership. You will receive no further billings." 5 days later I have charged/withdrawn from my bank account the $34.99 membership once again. They do a good job in cleaning your car/truck, but I will never get their membership again & I will tell others not to either because of all the hassle you have to go through just to cancel the membership! **Just so you know, we had to go up to the location with are car, membership numbers & card we used for payment to get our refund. At least we got that back! MEMBERSHIP AT THIS COMPANY?? NEVER AGAIN!!

I wasn't aware it was drip dry which was my own problem no biggie, I figured I don't live far I'll dry it off at home. I didn't drive a full mile to even get home mind you this isn't like dusty when I say there is still bird poop on the hood of my car and the back is still disgusting and my car now has 50 new scratches on it. I'm honestly shocked the reviews are what brought me in but I'm livid. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was really nice but I'm so pissed at my car right now.

If you have a vehicle that you don't consider a prize or you are not appreciative of steps taken to avoid scratches, this place really is for you! That's not sarcasm, true statement. First, I will identify my personality as perfectionist on detailing and minimizing any damage to my cars. I rather park further out and walk to avoid paint damage. My issues and why I stopped going here years ago is the lack of pre-wash. No power washing, no soapy brush before the tunnel. Yesterday I was in a pinch, I thought I would try again- It's so close to my house. I almost pulled away when the truck in front of me was obviously living on a dirt road. It was grossly dirty. Two EE's, one pushing buttons and one collecting cash. How about pretending you care and knock off some dirt with the magic water gun? Nope, just gonna send it. Guess what spinning brushes do, especially to dirt on paint. Guess where the dirt becomes embedded and who is behind that filthy car. I had a foot between the two of us. I now become first to share the filth. It's like being at a college party and open mouth kissing the drunk girl that just puked. I wipe my car down after my washes. I know what's there. As a detailer and die maker, I have a trained eye for defects and problem solving as far as why or what causes surface issues. The air dryer at the end is awful to your clear coat. It's not touchless. The rollers are no longer smooth. I was studying them and wanted to puke as I took my Sunday car through. You can guess I found two scratches from the air dryer. I can polish it out, by I don't need to pay money for extra work when it's avoidable. I have been driving out of my way for two other local washes. You can search my reviews. See Robin Auto Wash at Schoenherr north of 59. I love Ron and his crew. You will sit a few extra minutes, but so worth it, they ALWAYS PRE SPRAY AND BRUSH! No exceptions! They charge me $3 for the express. It's the same service as this wash but includes the proper prep and touchless air dryer. They are also full serve- check my review for details. Also look for another wash I give good reviews. These are my thoughts, not yours. If you care as I do, you will care to drive past, not through!

They've always done a very good job with making sure every spot of the vehicle is taken care of including a thorough interior vacuuming service. If you pay for the higher up services, you exit your vehicle, and get to take a seat for a 15 - 30 minute time frame. It can be annoying, but you've got to realize that you beat the crap out of your car day in and day out, its nice to give it some TLC once in a while. :) Their prices have gone up and up over time, and of course with the rising costs of everything, you can't really blame them. Plus, they have a quick and easy express lane that will get you in and out in probably 5 minutes. They've had my business for over 10 years, and they will continue to as long as they continue to pay attention and appreciate the vehicles they are washing.

The cheapest wash available is only $3 for a soft touch wash and touchless blower. I have chosen the $3 wash several times for a quick clean when my car isn't too dirty. For a more thorough cleaning, I've chosen the $7 wash that includes a towel dry, underbody flush, and wheel and tire cleaner. My vehicle came out very clean. There are also $10 and $13 options if you want a clear coat or a complete body protectant and a tire shine. The young men who work there are always polite and do a good job of towel drying my vehicle. Another plus is that there is a punch card where you get your sixth wash free.
