Robin Auto Wash is one of the best car washes in metro Detroit for excellent service at an affordable price. The cheapest wash available is only $3 for a soft touch wash and touchless blower. I have chosen the $3 wash several times for a quick clean when my car isn't too dirty. For a more thorough cleaning, I've chosen the $7 wash that includes a towel dry, underbody flush, and wheel and tire cleaner. My vehicle came out very clean. There are also $10 and $13 options if you want a clear coat or a complete body protectant and a tire shine. The young men who work there are always polite and do a good job of towel drying my vehicle. Another plus is that there is a punch card where you get your sixth wash free. read more

Pretty proficient car wash. Some soap remained, but it might have been because I have a truck. Stopped in here on my way home from my parent's house. I figured it'd be pretty good because there's typically a decent line up when I pass it to get a car wash. When it's nice out of course. The wash is pretty extensive, but like I said, maybe due to the size of my truck, it caused me to still have some soap on my car on my way out. The prices are pretty good, so I can't complain too much. I got the $7 Silver wash which included a towel dry at the end in a separate bay outside of the car wash. read more

This latest visit I wasn't impressed with the less than satisfactory service and I've been coming here for quite a long time. We were the only car there.... nobody ahead of us and nobody behind us. We felt as though the lady pre-washing the car was in a hurry. I know it was cold out, but usually they do a thorough job of pre-cleaning all around the car from front to back and side to side. This time she started the track and our car was already moving despite the fact that she only pre-cleaned half of the car on only one side. Sure enough when we got home, we could see on the entire opposite side where she didn't bother to get to, that it was still dirty. Wasn't happy that I had to take a rag and wash/wipe down the dirty side. It would have only taken another minute to go around the entire car like they usually do instead of starting the track immediately. For the rise in prices, I expected more..... I expected at least average service. Hopefully this was just a one time occurrence. I'll find out soon since it's winter and we all have dirty cars more often! A second chance to hopefully give the type of service that is expected from a such a nice car wash. read more

Robin Auto Wash is in a class of service ranked tops in my experience. They take the time to pressure wash and brush EVERY time and no matter how busy. This is critical to ensure dirt is removed before running through the tunnel. Prices are very competitive, I find great value in the express wash as well as the monthly membership for the discriminating OCD must have clean car clientele. The monthly membership allows for each account to have two vehicles associated with one wash a day. If opting for the interior "red carpet service", there is interior bays with a comfortable waiting room providing complimentary keurig delights and a TV. Ron is always pleasant and appreciative to and of his clients. I love the personal service given here, this being my favorite auto wash shop thus far! read more

It was a good car wash. However, I paid by card, and the guy who was taking the money actually had to run into the building to run my card. There has to be a more efficient way - having a portable card reader, having a register outside, or only accepting cash. He also didn't allow me to account for a tip, so I felt like such a cheapskate as I didn't have cash to tip the kid who dried my car off. read more

Great detailing job on my wife's car. Looks and smells showroom new.

To my knowledge this is the only Robin Auto Wash as of yet. The customer service is stellar and the quality of wash is great! I live down a dirt road and my car gets pretty dirty and when I take it through Robin it comes out looking like I just drove off the lot... Get the tire shine, it makes your car look 100 times better. Everyone I have encountered so far has been pleasant and very good at what they do. Especially Natalie. My rims and tires look beautiful after my tire shine today, so Natalie, huge shout out to you! Thank you! I will be taking my car as well as my girlfriends car here for interior detailing. I work on hall road so I am here at least twice a week and plan on keeping it that way. Thank you Robin Autowash! read more

The team is very professional and polite! They do a detailed job and rates are very reasonable!

I wanna start off by saying this place does a really great job with cleaning your car. I like the new owners and new management. However, literally EVERY TIME I go, they have a sign that says exterior only. I drive out of my way to go to this car was specifically because the ONE time I was available to get an interior and exterior wash, they did a great job for a decent price... that was almost a year ago however.,. Since then, every time I try to get an interior cleaning, they "can't do it right now" ... it's just frustrating because I drive out of my way to only have to turn around and go somewhere else. read more

This place is really a trashy place. The rents pump does not work in the wash. Paid for the platinum wash my car still came out with dirt and some kids were trying to wipe it clean and scratch in the paint read more

I went into this car wash because I needed the inside of my care cleaned well. I don't mind paying for this to be done. What I do mind is pulling out and when going from sunlight to dark noticing that every window looks like they cleaned it with Oil! It is now a week later and my windows still are not clean. I have been cleaning them every day, sometimes twice a day and there is still this crummy residue on the inside and outside of every single window. Then as I was packing my car for a short trip, I noticed that the floor mats were clean but the carpet under the floor mats was not cleaned/vacuumed. I will not go back. It is a shame as I was considering their membership read more

I have used Robin Auto Wash for many years, since its opening and am quite pleased with its service. HOWEVER, I was there today and NO ONE WAS MASKED!!! That is unacceptable behavior while numbers are rising particularly when the COVID numbers are rising among young people like the ones working there. Shame on you. read more

This place is a awesome place to car your car washed. The prices are real fare and they do a great job. All washes come with a pre-wash and hand dry and start at 3$ you can't beat that. This is the only place I will go to from now on. They also offer full service deals to at an amazing prices. Keep up the good work and you will always have me as a customer. read more

Very impressed with the service and friendliness at Robin's auto wash. It was very nice to have my car washed, vacuumed and wipe down at such a reasonable price. Definitely will be back!!! :) read more

Driving out of Robin Auto Wash is like a breath of fresh air! The staff is amazing, prices are great, and the quality is phenomenal! They prep every car before it goes through the wash (I always get the gold wash). When you get the inside done (Red Carpet) they have a lobby where you can wait with coffee and TV, the place is so clean and updated compared to other places. Friends always comment on how clean my car is and I always tell them to go to Robin's. Even after raining, my car still shines, must be the higher quality products/soap they use? They also do detailing for a pretty decent price, I got ice cream all over my passenger seat a few months back, I called them and they were able to get me in right away. My seat looked brand new within 20 minutes! Plus They gave me a Red Carpet. Absolutely love this place and love how they take care of me and my car! read more

Robin's Auto Wash is everything you expect from a car wash but even more! This family business is by far the best car wash in the shelby township/utica area. The staff is very friendly and does a great job at prepping the vehicles and cleaning the interior. Ron Robin the owner of the fabulous establishment is just a great guy, walking me from my car to the waiting area by hand. Ron is also a volunteer firefighter and does many other community services. I recommend coming to this car wash and getting treated right the Robin's way!! read more

Not sure what the kids did, but they certainly didn't vacuum my backseat with the "red carpet" service. Door jambs weren't wiped, and there's a smear on the windshield where they taped the receipt but didn't bother to remove BEFORE they washed the window. read more

A very good car wash. Even though there was a line of vehicles behind they took their time to clean my vehicle properly. Was not rushed into the tunnel like at other car washes like an assembly line. Opted for the red carpet service as well. My vehicle was hand dried and windows cleaned inside too. Car Mats front and back were removed and vacuumed. Overall a great experience, I will be back in the future. read more

The service at Robin's Auto Wash was absolutely wonderful! While waiting for the interior of my car to be cleaned, unfortunately, I accidentally locked my keys in the car. Of course, there was a long line of cars behind me, waiting to get their cars cleaned and wiped-down outside the garage. Even though this event extra stress to their day, the staff were extremely understanding and very kind. Luckily, it did not take very long for the replacement key to be brought to me, so my car could be opened and they could clean the interior. My car was completely shiny and clean, inside and out. Thank you so much Robin's Auto Wash for your great customer service and hard work!! read more

DO NOT GO THERE! Their machines scratched the paint off of my 2019 Jeep ! I called the owners multiple times no one got back with me or reviewed the cameras which they said they would do . They took pictures of the scratch I even stopped in to show it to them and no one did a thing!!STAY AWAY unless you want the paint off your car scratched off . read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I really love this car wash. I drive on a dirt road so my car gets very dirty. They actually take a brush and soap up the car before sending you through the car wash. Another three dollar car wash down the street doesn't do this and when I leave my car still ends up looking dirty. And the other car wash charges extra for SUVs, well this car wash does not. read more

This is one of the best car washes in town! All of my family members had cars full of dog hair, mud, etc and when we rolled out of the place, our cars were SPOTLESS! The best place in town, hands down!!! And I don't say that about a lot of businesses. The owner is one of the most genuine people I have ever met.
