For a more thorough cleaning, I've chosen the $7 wash that includes a towel dry, underbody flush, and wheel and tire cleaner. My vehicle came out very clean. There are also $10 and $13 options if you want a clear coat or a complete body protectant and a tire shine. Pretty proficient car wash. Some soap remained, but it might have been because I have a truck. Stopped in here on my way home from my parent's house. I figured it'd be pretty good because there's typically a decent line up when I pass it to get a car wash. When it's nice out of course. The wash is pretty extensive, but like I said, maybe due to the size of my truck, it caused me to still have some soap on my car on my way out. This latest visit I wasn't impressed with the less than satisfactory service and I've been coming here for quite a long time. We were the only car there.... nobody ahead of us and nobody behind us. We felt as though the lady pre-washing the car was in a hurry. I know it was cold out, but usually they do a thorough job of pre-cleaning all around the car from front to back and side to side. This time she started the track and our car was already moving despite the fact that she only pre-cleaned half of the car on only one side. Sure enough when we got home, we could see on the entire opposite side where she didn't bother to get to, that it was still dirty. Wasn't happy that I had to take a rag and wash/wipe down the dirty side. It would have only taken another minute to go around the entire car like they usually do instead of starting the track immediately. For the rise in prices, I expected more..... I expected at least average service. Hopefully this was just a one time occurrence. I'll find out soon since it's winter and we all have dirty cars more often! A second chance to hopefully give the type of service that is expected from a such a nice car wash. read more

This is critical to ensure dirt is removed before running through the tunnel. Prices are very competitive, I find great value in the express wash as well as the monthly membership for the discriminating OCD must have clean car clientele. The monthly membership allows for each account to have two vehicles associated with one wash a day. If opting for the interior "red carpet service", there is interior bays with a comfortable waiting room providing complimentary keurig delights and a TV. It was a good car wash. However, I paid by card, and the guy who was taking the money actually had to run into the building to run my card. There has to be a more efficient way - having a portable card reader, having a register outside, or only accepting cash. He also didn't allow me to account for a tip, so I felt like such a cheapskate as I didn't have cash to tip the kid who dried my car off. read more

However, literally EVERY TIME I go, they have a sign that says exterior only. I drive out of my way to go to this car was specifically because the ONE time I was available to get an interior and exterior wash, they did a great job for a decent price... that was almost a year ago however.,. I went into this car wash because I needed the inside of my care cleaned well. I don't mind paying for this to be done. What I do mind is pulling out and when going from sunlight to dark noticing that every window looks like they cleaned it with Oil! It is now a week later and my windows still are not clean. I have been cleaning them every day, sometimes twice a day and there is still this crummy residue on the inside and outside of every single window. Then as I was packing my car for a short trip, I noticed that the floor mats were clean but the carpet under the floor mats was not cleaned/vacuumed. I will not go back. Driving out of Robin Auto Wash is like a breath of fresh air! The staff is amazing, prices are great, and the quality is phenomenal! They prep every car before it goes through the wash (I always get the gold wash). When you get the inside done (Red Carpet) they have a lobby where you can wait with coffee and TV, the place is so clean and updated compared to other places. Friends always comment on how clean my car is and I always tell them to go to Robin's. Even after raining, my car still shines, must be the higher quality products/soap they use? They also do detailing for a pretty decent price, I got ice cream all over my passenger seat a few months back, I called them and they were able to get me in right away. The staff is very friendly and does a great job at prepping the vehicles and cleaning the interior. A very good car wash. Even though there was a line of vehicles behind they took their time to clean my vehicle properly. Was not rushed into the tunnel like at other car washes like an assembly line. Opted for the red carpet service as well. My vehicle was hand dried and windows cleaned inside too. Car Mats front and back were removed and vacuumed. Of course, there was a long line of cars behind me, waiting to get their cars cleaned and wiped-down outside the garage. DO NOT GO THERE! Their machines scratched the paint off of my 2019 Jeep ! I called the owners multiple times no one got back with me or reviewed the cameras which they said they would do . They actually take a brush and soap up the car before sending you through the car wash.
