I went ahead and dropped my car off at The Collision Shop since they had a sign that said they would help pay your deductible. I was a little weary since I had never had car repairs like this before and because I really knew nothing of this place other than driving by it. I am very happy to say, they did an excellent job. Not only is the work seamless (you cannot tell I got hit at all) but they were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They even got my car finished a day early. And as their sign stated, they did in fact help me with my deductible. I was supposed to pay $500 out of pocket but only had to pay $200. I was so thankful since $500 is a lot to come up with in the blink of an eye. Beyond that, the owner Moe was extremely helpful when I called with questions/concerns. He helped coordinate things with AAA and kept me posted about the work. I am very lucky that they turned out to be so great & honest and my TrailBlazer looks as good as new. I recommend this place 100%. On a side note: AAA held my repairs up a full 2 days. I had scheduled AAA to have an adjuster come out on Monday and he didn't even show up. Not until Tuesday night, did the adjuster finally fax an approval over to me and to The Collision Shop stating that he was too busy to check the vehicle out so he approved it over the phone. I was so mad. What was the point of the appointment I made with them?! Anyhoo, I am now searching for a new insurance company.

I mean my rims were shiny new looking! I would use them again, although I hope I don't have collision damage again. My next visit there will be to replace the rocker panels on my vehicle...you know the place where rust seems to develop under the door...I guess they can cut them out and replace with a complete rocker. Except for one thing: every time it rained, it rained inside my car too. It was clear there was a leak in my windshield, but it was more annoying than troublesome. I was driving by their location the other day, and I thought I'd stop in and see if they could fix the leak. I knew it was a gamble, considering I had the work done 2 years ago, and I didn't have my receipt on me. Vince, the manager there, couldn't have been nicer. He located my paperwork, and had me come in to meet his glass repairman then next day. The leak was a tiny one, and they had it fixed for me in half an hour - for free! I couldn't be more pleased with their excellent customer service, and the speed and ease in which they fixed my car. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good collision center!

The staff here are inattentive and dismissive…read more Trying to get an estimate done for the work I need was like pulling teeth and I shouldn't have to point out the damage that they missed and ask multiple times for the estimate to be updated to show it. Maybe they don't believe I'm a serious customer. Maybe they're tired and overworked. Regardless, I wouldn't bother going here because I shouldn't have to feel like I'm convincing them to do their job and customers potential or existing should never be treated that way.

CAround late November of 2021 my car broke down. I was driving in a subdivision and ,upon taking a…read moreturn, I heard a (clunk-like) breaking sound, and my car stopped moving forward. It only moved in neutral, reverse, and the lowest gear after that. (This happened while I was working, so you can imagine the disbelief and stress I felt). I got it towed the following day. With the description of the problem, the tow-man said it sounded like the transmission gave out. I did research on transmissions for my car (2009 Chevy Impala). I discovered that people with the same car had experienced similar problems with their transmission. Mind you, I'm 19 years old, and I had absolutely no idea how to find a solution. I spent some time looking online for transmission repair shops in my area. For a few days, I called MULTIPLE shops asking them about what might be wrong and the costs to fix it. I got quotes all the way up to $6000.00, until I found Cuddy Brothers Transmission..... Mind you, my car did not drive; however, they were able to tow my car to their shop for "free."(I believe the towing is free with a related purchase, so ask Todd for details). As I called and explained the situation, he said it needed to be rebuilt. When he brought it in to diagnose, he confirmed everything he said over the phone. What caused my car to stop driving so suddenly, was that one of the three bands had snapped while driving. There were other corroded and worn pieces as well. They replaced all the broken pieces in the transmission. They also cleaned all the parts. Todd is very honest and knowledgeable about what he does. His entire team reflects that. I was astounded and impressed by how well they were able to simplify and explain to be the different parts of the transmission and how/why behind each part. Before I got any work done, I was given an estimate for the final price. It came out to be just under $2800($2747.68) to be exact. That included parts, labor, and sales tax. The interior of the lobby is old-fashioned, but their Bay Area looked well equipped with tools and everything. If you have any questions about warranty, your transmission, or general inquiry, don't hesitate to give them a call to speak to Todd. Todd was kind enough to bring me into the bay and give me a break down of everything in the transmission. He did an excellent job of educating me about it. The only concern I had , at first, was the duration of the rebuild. He said it was a 4-5 day job. However, they started on Tuesday, and they finished around 4:00pm on Friday. The mechanics were very friendly and open to questions. I knew nothing about transmissions before this. Now, I can have actually have a discussion about the parts and how it works. I'm giving five stars because my experience was INCREDIBLE. For all the research I did beforehand, I wish I had found this place first. But, as the saying goes "diamond in the rough", I had to dig through some roughness to find this diamond of Transmission Repair Shop. If you're unknowledgeable about what to do, don't worry. GO HERE and you'll be taken care of. I'm very fortunate to have found this place, and I happily share this information with you.
