I took my car to J & J Collision the next day (a Saturday), just expecting them to get me a new door, but they far exceeded my expectations. At the time of the accident, my car was essentially three different colors. I had sun damage on the entire front half. Last year, I took it to Lafontaine (where I purchased the car) to repaint the hood. Lafontaine did a terrible job, painting my hood at least 3 shades lighter than it was supposed to be and tried to charge me extra to fix some nonexistent dents in the hood. I took "before" pictures, so I know that there were no dents. I was really impressed with the communication I had with Waled and the rest of the staff. They kept me informed about what was going on with my car, and were very clear about how exactly much I would pay out of pocket to have the sun damaged areas painted. It was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. It looked brand new and was all one color. The painter was able to blend my hood, sun damaged sides, door and back of the car together seamlessly. I paid extra for it, and it was so worth it. My car actually looks much better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend J & J Collsion.

This company uses cheap, sub-standard materials to rush through jobs, and they completely refuse to honor their own work.After an accident, my insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision in Hutto, Texas (653 W Front St) for front bumper repairs. The initial fix was completely unsatisfactory. After an exhausting back-and-forth, we finally got the vehicle back just as we were moving out of state.Shortly after moving, the front bumper literally fell off while the car was parked! Every single cheap plastic piece holding the bumper together had snapped off and popped onto the ground. I had to personally disconnect the electrical components from the hanging bumper, pick up the broken pieces, and manually park the car in the garage. My insurance company then arranged a diagnostic visit at Caliber Collision in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. Despite Caliber heavily advertising a lifetime warranty, the Michigan shop took one look at it and completely refused to fix it. They do not care about customer service, safety, or accountability. Save yourself the nightmare and go to an honest, professional body shop instead.

Got a call 5 days later. Took another look and there were spots that appeared over worked as if primer was showing through on the bottom of the door. Manager said again it'll get fixed and be ready the next day. So for a 3rd trip back to inspect and the old spot was fixed but there was new areas where you could see the primer on the middle of the door showing. When I pointed this out the manager threw a tantrum like a 12 year old little boy making it sound like I was nitpicking. Please look at the photo and tell me if that was nitpicking. If I were a business owner I would be embarrassed to deliver such poor work to my customer, and then make me feel like I did something wrong.
