I travel for work and it's important that I have reliable transportation. They were able to pick up my car promptly with their own towing service, assess the issue and give me a fair estimate, and perform the work all before the end of the day. I cannot recommend Redford Auto Repair enough. They are prompt, professional, and their service is top tier. This was the third or fourth time I've sent my car to one of their shops and the work and service is always great and consistent. Their financing options also made this process easier. I truly feel like they care about their customers and that's why I will continue to trust them with my vehicle repairs. Do not hesitate to give them a call, they're really the best shop around. I've been to other repair shops and nobody compares.

That should've been my warning sign, but what happened next was unbelievable. Apparently, I am not the only person he ghosted mid job. Every part of my vehicle he touched ended up damaged. Hose clamps? Left off completely. Interior trim? Broken. Hood latch? Destroyed. The "repair" he did created more problems than I walked in with, and I had to pay over $800 to a real mechanic just to undo the mess he made. That's not an accident -- that's incompetence on a level that shouldn't be anywhere near a toolbox. And once the damage was done, he vanished. No returned calls, no accountability, no attempt to fix what he broke. Just silence. Based on my experience, this person has no business working on cars. The lack of skill, honesty, and professionalism is staggering. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- your wallet and your vehicle will thank you.
