Everyone else quoted $5000-$8000. The fix never broke. Walsh's will not waste anyone's time or money. If there is a way to fix a problem Rich will find a way . If he states it is not something he can do, believe him, he will not let anyone walk away without knowing exactly what you are looking at with your vehicle. Sad to read post on a person thinking it is about their color of skin. It is about the vehicles and the special treatment the vehicles will require from the owner when purchasing the vehicles - seriously -there are no fast fixes for Cadillacs and/or a Yukon. Sounds like the customer was looking for a way to get out from under the high cost of the dealership. Why would anyone say it is about his skin color.....sounds like the person is not thinking about the actual care of their vehicles. Plus God gives everyone their color of skin and that should carry a level of self respect.

I was told Walsh's was the place to get things done and done right. But this is not true at all!…read moreI took my car in to get the breaks and rotors done, they did the front at around $800 and then verbally confirmed the other two in the back were fine and did not need replacing yet. (Now that I see they also wrote on my paperwork that all 4 were inspected and only the front needed replacing.) 3 DAYS LATER THE OTHER TWO IN THE BACK NOW NEEDED REPLACING! I took my car elsewhere and was told that the back in usually the expensive part to replace. Nope I was charged $400 and have not needed to return. I'm not sure if I caught these guys on a bad day or what but they are not somewhere I would recommend taking your car. They even returned my car to me with the check engine light on.

After his passing the shop struggled some and focused more on its main commercial customer, but tried to take all customers in account. Today was my first encounter with the new owner Chris and it was FANTASTIC. I called a few days ago to schedule an oil change and he immediately offered a Saturday morning visit. I was there at 8AM and he met me right away. He easily navigated the computer to find the correct car I was bringing in, as I have 3, and got the preliminaries out of the way. Within minutes the car was in the service area and on the hoist. I stepped out on their "veranda", park bench and read my news ap. The oil change and inspection was completed in less than 45 minutes start to finish. I think this new owner Chris has got it together. Jerome P. Plymouth resident since 1980

Adam, the personable and highly competent manager, and his team know EXACTLY what they are doing with Europen exotic cars, and they do it with knowledge and care. They always have work completed on time at the very least, but usually ahead of schedule. Adam takes you under your car when on the lift and goes over and shows you all suggested repairs on your vehicle and why the work needs to be done and then gives you the exact price of what it will cost you prior to their starting the job. Owning both my Mercedes and Jag has proven to me that in general the only competent mechanics in my New York State area are at the dealerships where you pay HORRIBLY exhorbitant prices as compared to EUROPEN CAR CARE. Smaller independent repair locations usually just make your problems worse due to their lack of equipment and knowledge. I have also found that EUROPEAN CAR CARE completes your service or repair in a friendlier more honest way than most dealership shops for substantially less cost. THIS is why I bring my cars to Michigan and Adam and the guys. Well, that and also because of the abundance of fabulous Arab restaurants in the area! :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
