Each and every time time they have been throughout, friendly, and trustworthy. On my last oil change they ran a complementary overall vehicle check and ended up finding a problem, that if left unchecked, would have been very expensive down the road. And without me even having to ask, they brought me back and showed/explained the problem, along with answering all my questions. Communication during all services/repairs has always been easy and timely. VIP's customer service is top notch as well. When my car had to stay there for a few days, I was offered (at no cost) a ride from and back to the shop to pick up my car. (I lived very close at the time and realize that may be a factor going forward.) During the last repair, they were also able to give me a loaner car, which took away so much of the stress that comes along with having a car in the shop. Finally, if you're lucky, the owner's sweet pup will be there when you come in. :) I have recommend them to so many people in my day to day life, and I recommend them to anyone reading here as well! He said that he would fix the A/C and asked if I would put a deposit down. He tried to get ne to put $2,000, I agreed to $200. He made a copy of the title to the vehicle and wrote on the title stating that I made a $200 deposit. Later I see that the name on the title was a completely different name than the workers at the auto repair shop. I no longer felt comfortable purchasing the Jeep. Also, I didn't feel comfortable because I did not truly believe that he would fix what was wrong (why the check engine light is on). I then asked for my deposit to be refunded and he stated that the Jeep was already sold and that if I wanted my deposit back, I would have to take him to court. Monty comes off as a good guy but it is really just an act. After I asked for my deposit to be refunded, he was rude and mean. A totally different person than the person I met when he tried to sell me a Jeep. He seems comfortable with keeping peoples money even though he has no written policies on refunds.
