This place and the people are wonderful! They are busy, yet hustle to do the work correctly! They care about the work they perform.

“Abe was very fast, efficient and the price he charged was actually slightly less than what was quoted, which NEVER happens.”

I was looking desperately for service to fix a flat tire (on a SUNDAY December 13th 2020). I live…read morein Canton and was thinking someone would be open (within at least 20 minutes of me). There was Walmart auto service in Belleville. I waited a half an hour before they opened at 8 AM. When I got in the guy at the service desk says, "We don't work on tires on Sundays". I was totally astonished. I didn't press the issue and just walked out. It was only Monro Auto Service in Westland that was available (and willing!) to help. I had my tire fixed in no time. They also called twice (because I missed their first call) to remind me of their closing time at 4 pm on Sundays. When all other auto repair shops are totally closed all day Sundays Monro Auto Service is open over 6.5 + hours. On top of that, there was no charge for repairing the hole in my tire! I am definitely keeping the business card that Felicia gave me for when I have a more pressing need--any day of the week (even Sundays!) at Monro Auto Service Center in Westland.

In panic mode, I did a Google search and I am so glad this gem popped up. I am in such awe of the integrity and great ethics of this staff embodies! I will ONLY bring my vehicles here from now on. The previous place I took my vehicle for tire rotation left all 4 tire bolts loose. Unreal. I could've had my kids in the car. Thanks to Monro Tire I'm safe. Not only do they care about your vehicle, they care about your life and safety. Special thanks to Kyle, Michael and Chris. You all deserve high honors for the way you operate. All class acts!

There are many reasons to ensure that your tires are in good shape - Safety First! Here are a few items to consider when in the market for new tires or repairs - Well-maintained tires ensure optimal grip, traction, and handling, reducing the risk of accidents and maintaining overall safety on the road. Good tire condition allows for better control and maneuverability of the vehicle, especially during emergency situations or adverse weather conditions. Properly inflated and aligned tires minimize rolling resistance, leading to improved fuel efficiency and reduced fuel consumption, saving you money and reducing environmental impact. Regular maintenance and repair help extend the lifespan of your tires, allowing you to get the maximum value from your investment. Worn-out or damaged tires can negatively impact your vehicle's acceleration, braking, and cornering capabilities. Well-maintained tires contribute to overall vehicle performance. Many countries and regions have laws and regulations that mandate minimum tire tread depth and condition. Keeping your tires in good repair ensures compliance with these requirements and avoids potential legal issues. Properly inflated and balanced tires provide a smoother and more comfortable ride, reducing vibrations and road noise. Regularly inspecting and maintaining your tires allows you to identify and address potential issues before they escalate into major problems, helping you avoid unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs. By maintaining your tires, you reduce the need for premature replacements, minimizing waste and the environmental impact associated with tire disposal. Some insurance policies require vehicles to be in a safe and roadworthy condition. Neglecting tire maintenance may result in coverage issues or claims denial in case of an accident.

Avoid this shop. Three days of missed work and two flat tires later, I'm still dealing with their…read moremess. I came in with a simple problem: a nail in my tire. A routine fix. Instead of patching it, they told me both front tires needed replacing. I trusted them and paid for two new tires. That was my first mistake. The very next day, one of the new tires was leaking and went flat. Not my old tire, a tire they had just sold and installed. Either they sold me defective tires or they installed them wrong. Either way, it was their failure. I brought the car back. They kept it for an hour, told me it was fixed, and handed me the keys like the problem was solved. It wasn't. The next morning the same tire was flat again. That means I was late to work three days in a row: once because of their "new" tire, again because of their "fix," and again because the fix didn't work. I lost time, I lost money, and I've had to explain to my employer why I keep showing up late, all because this shop can't do the one job it exists to do. So I went back a third time. This time they said there was nothing they could do and I'd have to replace the tire again. Pay again, for a tire they sold me days earlier that failed under their own repair. no responsibility, no apology. Just another bill. Add it up: multiple visits, three days late to work, and three paid tires, all for one flat. I walked in expecting a $30 patch and walked out roughly $1,000 poorer, with my job and my patience on the line the whole way. If you value your money, your time, or getting to work on time, go anywhere else. Seriously, anywhere. I would give zero stars if possible
