We brought our car here for repairs on the purge valve and vacuum canister ($1300.00). They called us a couple of days later after 4p to say it was finished. We arrived within the hour and pulled up to see our car was parked on Fort St, re-ended, police were already there with the driver that hit it writing the report. I walked in, there was a couple guys watching out the big window. No call to us about the accident, no apology. I was upset and asked who was paying for the damages since they put it on the road and wasnt paying a repair if i couldn't drive my car. They said they weren't responsible, it's on the public road and someone had to pay the bill. I left and left the car. My insurance can handle it. This place doesn't put its customers first. Not a word about my car, just them insisting they're not responsible and who's paying the bill. read more

I was referred by a friend who had previously had his car serviced there. I had a mysterious tick sound coming from my Cherokees engine. I spoke with Jeff by phone, sent him a short video clip of the motor running in idle. He cautiously recommended to not drive it, so I had it towed to their shop in the early afternoon. Within 24 hours the source of the tick was diagnosed and repaired much to my surprise and luckily a very minor issue compared to the possibility's of a much more serious problem. Jeff and his staff are extremely knowledgeable , and were thorough in explaining the problem and answering my questions. I could not recommend them more highly, they will be my "Go To Guys" for any further repairs I may need. Called on Friday Told him I ticking in my engine that he couldn't look at it on Friday bring it in on Monday 'll take a look at it then Monday call Tuesday he's out there looking at iI called him on Wednesday and didn't touch it call Thursday didn't touch it all the while they Say there looking at it he comes in the phone tells me m y engine ticking and have exhaust leak that's what I told him, then he says why don't I quote you a new engine get to me first thing in the morning Friday the whole day goes by no quote "needless to say I pick up my car on Friday evening and he charges me $95 for me to get it back for nothing. Highway robbery! Do not go to this business, they will rip you off. I was charged an absurd amount of money for the work they did. It was only afterwards that I found out that they had ripped me off by marking up their prices for parts to a ridiculous amount and adding charges for extras like "shop materials" that they never even used. I needed the heat fixed in my car because it wasn't working. Told them if you leave it on long enough, it would get lukewarm at the most. One day later, they charged me $200+. Didn't fix the heat, wasted all my gas, and did exactly what I told them would happen. On top of that, they ruined my A/C too. On top of that, now it only has two settings, off and full blast. Garbage. Absolute trash. I took my car here to get a bolt extracted and only that because a friend had gone here to get a nut cut off and they treated him well. They told me it would cost $75 which is reasonable. I go to pick up my car when it's done and they charged me $153 which is outrageous. It turns out they decided to extract the bolt. Go up to Home Depot and purchase a non oem bolt that was not the correct grade strength. They also took a torque mount out of my passenger seat and put only half of the mount on. They put it on wrong and took the other half of the mount. I also told them that my car was lowered and to be careful with it and they go and park it up on a curb. All in all they didn't do what I told them and now that bolt they put in snapped while downshifting and driving on a brand new just paved road. I took my car up there again to tell them what happened and they looked at me and said "It's not my problem, stop blaming other people for your problems." He also told me if I wanted it extracted I would have to pay again. I told him I'm not paying for something that they ruined. After that they refused to fix my car. I took my car to another place and it turns out that just that bolt also caused a bunch of other problems. read more
