I had one set of brakes done here a few months ago. Since it has been awhile and my brakes are fine, I assume that job was done well. The price was better than the dealership and they seem to know what they are doing. I would trust these guys with my car again. What I want to rave about is the outside detail they included with the service. Amazing. People asked if I bought a new car. I've never received such fantastic service. Scott walked me through and around my vehicle...after hours. He dropped everything he was doing and took the time to taylor my service. After everything was complete, I could eat off of every surface of my interior. The scent was perfect and not overwhelming with cleaning product....I was extremely happy with every aspect. Liberty Automotive has taken care of our vehicles for years. My husband has a '98 Mustang that they've kept in tip top shape for him all these years. I've had some body work and major repairs to my Lincoln MKX which they've always done fairly and at reasonable prices. I feel that I can trust them to do good, honest work for us. When I called to make an appointment Scott explained all of the different options, he did not try to up sell, bonus! My car is older, 2010, and has never been regularly maintained from a vacuuming-the-inside standpoint, nor the outside for that matter. Don't judge. I keep up on oil changes and stuff.... Just not the pretty stuff. When I pulled up to pick up my car, they were putting the finishing touches on with a toothbrush. They reviewed the polish they used in the vehicle and explained how they did a test patch to ensure it would look nice. They continued to explain all of the stuff they cleaned including the area where the spare tire is stored. They definitely take their job very seriously. I would definitely recommend this place. By the way, it's a couple doors down from a car rental place so very easy to coordinate transportation logistics. My car is so clean! Go here! read more

I took my fathers car and they did an excellent job, they were nice enough to drop me home and pick me up to get the car when it was finished a day later, the rear bumper was damaged and they fixed it and turned the car looking brand new. I stopped into Liberty for a new set of tires before heading out on our summer vacation to Asheville,NC. They graciously took care of me on pretty short notice. After doing a little research, I had narrowed my choices down to 2 Goodyear tires (one of which was significantly pricier). The gentleman who assisted me gave a good overview of both options. When I still couldn't decide, he actually told me that he believed the less expensive option was the best choice for me and would deliver the safety and performance I needed. When does that ever happen?!! I went with his recommendation and have been thrilled with the tires. I ended up driving through the worst deluge of heavy rain I have ever encountered (on I-75 in Kentucky) yet I felt very secure on the road and never experienced any hydroplaning. Amazing!! My tires also came with a nice rebate offer from Goodyear. The gentleman at Liberty actually filled out all the rebate paperwork for me and placed it in a preaddressed envelope! Al I had to do was sign the form, add a stamp and place in the mailbox. Now that's stellar service that goes above and beyond!! I have been back to Liberty once to have a nail removed from my tire. Again I received prompt courteous service and no cost for the repair. I expect to return to Liberty soon to have them do some bodywork work as they have earned definitely my trust. Checked this place out because I needed to have some new tires installed and didn't want the tire store that I brought them from to do it considering they charged quite a bit. Call Liberty and was able to get both tires installed for a lost half the price of the tire shop. They made me an appointment, I came in the next day and was in and out within a hour and a half. I went and grabbed lunch while I waited. Clean shop, nice service and great guys. I couldn't have asked for much more. I will definitely be back! read more

Such incredible service! My truck interior was covered with dog hair and they meticulously cleaned it spit looks new! Their prices are amazing and the owners are super nice. The waiting room is also a big draw. Most car wash and detailing places have less than desirable waiting rooms, but theirs is quiet and clean. If I could give 10 stars I would. Scott is very personable and friendly. My father knows him from outside of the shop and commends his character. Really nice guy and goes above and beyond. The prices are beyond reasonable. I'm always looking for a deal/discount and was surprised at the service I received compared to what I got. I got a certificate for my husband for Valentine's Day and they made his car look like new. I was so impressed I decided to get mine detailed, although the inside really didn't need it at the time. When I say I could see myself, I mean I could put on makeup in the reflection off of my car. The synthetic wax he used was of high quality. And they really take their time. If you decide to go, which I highly recommend to many people, be prepared to leave your car a day or two as they do take their time. And it's all worth it. I cannot wait to visit again! read more

Not only did I get a diagnostic for my car repair within an hour but when I went to drive it, the problem was fixed, and I realized my drivers and passenger seats were vacuumed without me even asking!
