I drive to this Belle Tire from Grosse Pointe because they promise to get me in and out without a hassle. Purchased at least 4 sets of tires plus other stuff for my wife's car and my own. They're very up front with what's needed and what's not. Good place and worth the drive. Beware of bad reviews. Had x4 new tires installed then upon completion the Manager discussed how I needed an alignment showing me the diagnostic Camber/Caster/Toe, diagram which he claimed showed the needed alignment and indicated the charge would be 179 and then stated 139 as I declined the work. I just didn't believe he was telling the truth. Low and behold!!! I like this location because it's close to my home but mostly for the excellent customer service I have received here. I have had Alex take care of me but all employees are very professional, forthright about estimates and services that are needed. I don't feel pressured, they tell you if the service is urgent or not and keep you updated on timeliness of completion. I was able to apply for Belle Tires financing program for 0% interest if balance is paid off in 1 year while I waited! The business is clean and neat, mobility aid friendly, comfortable seats if you wait, coffee is available plus vending machine. I highly recommend this location. read more

I purchased a set of tires for my Subaru from Belle Tire in 2022. I recently took it in to have a broken caliper braket bolt repaired and to have the tires rotated. I mentioned that the last time the tires were rotated by Belle, the technician had stripped one of the wheel lugs. I discovered this when I removed the wheel to work on the brakes. I was told that there would be a $75 charge to replace the lug since, in their view, there was no way the determine that Belle was responsible for the damage. Apparently my word as a customer isn't good enough. So I get to pay the tech once to strip the lug and again to repair it. Guess where I won't buy my next set of tires. read more

6 fail points on my service yesterday: 1 They misrepresented the rebate on my new tires: I specifically asked if the rebate is a cash rebate, they said yes, and it turned out to be a store coupon. 2 They misrepresented the price on an alignment by not telling me their quote included an unnecessary insurance add-on. 3 I had to ask twice for a written estimate before leaving the car with them. 4 I had to remind them twice that I do not need tire insurance, which they almost put on my credit card. 5 They were going to charge nearly $600 to replace rear break pads, which was going to include unnecessarily replacing the rotors. 6 They unevenly inflated my new tires. read more

Matt helped by showing me where to fine tire pressure on inside door, which I couldn't find in manual. He also showed me how to put air in my tires. I returned today for an oil change helped by Roland. Both Belle representatives very friendly and answered all my questions with professionalism and gave me a wealth of information. I was treated with respect and patience. I will definitely return in the future for repairs they service. Oil change didn't take that long and I was comfortable while waiting. I was offered coffee, comfortable seating, wide screen tv, WiFi, what more could one want. read more

Sketchy. Went for oil change. Took awhile, fair price. Then, They came back with an estimate for needed repairs, mechanic said $1150.00 but would knock off $50.00 My husband came we were taken in the office with the manager (?) Cost to fix all was 850.00. read more

Wow! This manager was a total condescending jerk. My discount that I get at other Belle tires? He acted like he owned the shop. He basically tried to nickel and dime me. He became rude when I asked to see the estimate before the tires were installed. Service tire guys were incredible and kind. This manager was a hustler! At checkout my charges were $259 more than the estimate. He tried to talk over my voice and tell me that I said I wanted the alignment for $129. That's not what I said.! Then he was rude about the insurance on the tires. I guess if you spend $1100 for tires then you need some BS insurance. Bad experience! Poor customer service. Pros: Dearborn location quoted cheaper prices than the Garden City location for tires. Did decent work quickly. Cons: we discovered there was an item missing from inside the armrest console when we got the vehicle home. I called and was told they have had issues with the person who worked on our vehicle and a manager would review the security footage and call me within 2 days. I never heard back from them. Since it wasn't an extremely expensive item I didn't follow-up, however if I need their services again I will definitely remove all valuables from my vehicle first! read more

I needed a hole in my tire plugged and the service person went way beyond just plugging the hole on a tire I bought somewhere else. He replaced the valve stem and replaced a plug someone else put in, all for no charge. I plan to purchase my next set of tires from this place. read more

Honest business. My only complaint about this location was how long it took the techs to figure out what was wrong with my brakes. I sat in the waiting room for about 40 minutes before anyone came up to tell me what was going on. A nice "it'll be about a half-hour before we know what's wrong" would have been great so I knew what I was in for. read more

Been to the Dearborn Nowlin street Belle Tire many times for tires, tire repairs, as well as general car repairs. Zero complaints. Sometimes the wait seems sort of long for the type of service being given but I think that sort of goes with the type of business. I wouldn't hesitate to return. read more

I've had two experiences with Belle Tire this year and based on both, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Much better than the dealership service center. I came in with a random complaint - my car was vibrating under certain conditions. It was impossible for me to isolate the exact cause but I suspected a tire or alignment issue. The service at Belle Tire was great. Al greeted me and checked out my tires right away and then took my information. He gave me the facts up front about inspection costs. Within an hour or so, he called me and let me know the problem (damaged tie rod) and the repair cost, which I suspect was less than what the dealership would have charged. And two hours or so later, my car was fixed! I also saved $20 on the repair cost with a coupon that's readily available on the Belle Tire website. Great service all around! read more

Great experience, the staff was polite and professional despite my dirty appearance. I rushed to the Belle Tire to take advantage of the Black Friday tire sale over the weekend. I was dirty and dressed to spend the rest of the day doing home repairs. The sales associate was polite, patient and provided all options to take advantage of the promotional sale. She scheduled my appointment for repairs the following Monday at a more convenient time for repairs. She also ensured that I was aware of other vehicle maintenance option and instructions to take advantage of the tire rebates. UPdATE: Waited 2 1/2 hours before being given my keys back. They replaced all four valve stems (or is it stem valves). Left all their garbage (plastic wheel cover, paper mat, plastic on seat) for me to clean up. Keeping my fingers crossed that it's a final fix. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bought full set of tires approximately two weeks ago so I'd have good tires for a family trip. Low tire pressure warning came on, stopped and filled. Driving home from up north, low tire pressure light came on again. Three of the four tires needed air. Filled. Came to the installing store as soon as I was able today (Monday) after using the car for errands earlier and guess what... Low Tire Pressure light came on and am told it's a FIVE HOUR WAIT to have them check their product. Sitting here waiting... sorry I didn't go to Belle Tire on Telegraph or Discount Tire like I did for all my previous purchases. Never had an issue there. read more

I just had a terrible experience with the location in Dearborn. I went to buy Hankook Ventus V2 Concept 2 245/50R16 97H High Performance All-Season COMPARE $ 95 .00. I have a coupon for $30 to use which can be applied to tires or service. I showed Jeremy Palmer this same tire https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hankook-Ventus-V2-Concept2-H457-245-50R16-97-H-Tire/43077489 to match the price. He said we are not matching  the price even though it clearly states in the website about matching the price. He said go buy it from Walmart buddy we aren't matching the price. He was so rude and disrespectful. I asked him to talk to the manager Marcel Beydoun, he was so rude and unprofessional too. He said go buy it from Walmart buddy and you can complain to whoever you want good luck!! They are terrible and don't know what they are doing. Disgusting customer service. read more

I shopped around for some specialty performance tires and they had the best price. They ordered the tires and were in with in 2 days. I had them installed and everything went great. I have been going to this location for years and they continue provide excellent service and are customer friendly. read more

I was having a problem with the front end shaking when I braked hard (less so when lightly braking but still present). Another shop wanted to replace front rotors and pads for $400. But the pads still had half their life so I took it here. Belle Tire "turned" both front rotors for a total of $75 and it fixed the problem. Sure glad I got a second opinion! read more

My car is getting old. I had the brakes fixed in March. Got tires in May. The battery went out and died, at the end of June this year. Belle Tire on Nowlin, in Dearborn fixed everything. They are very professional, quick, and they kept me posted. If something else breaks down, I guess I will go back to Belle Tire. read more

I've been to several Belle tire locations over the years and always had good service but this location in Dearborn on Nowlin st is just the worst experience I've had. Very rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend you don't go there and find a different location if you can. I came in to fix a flat tire and he tells me if you want it plugged go to a gas station. Then 2 hrs later they take my truck in and before they do anything the worker notices my rim had a small crack and tells me he can't do anything but they charge me anyway. I've had other Belle tire locations fix a flat for free and another seal all my rims so they don't leak air for free. I was willing to buy a set of rims and tires but after that I'll get them somewhere else. Disgusting customer service!!! read more

This place is bad business period!! I waited three hours for them to fix my tire and then they just handed it to me and told me wasn't the responsibility to put it on the car for me. They told me I could wait another hour and a half for someone to put it on after spending $200 I would think they could've taken five minutes to throw the damn thing on my car read more

Norman and I were finishing up errands today when the check tire light came on in the car. We were less than a mile from this Belle Tire location and it felt like a flat tire so we slowly made our way there. They were very accomodating when I told the I had my dog in the car and I thought I had a flat tire. Without hesitation they invited us both to wait in the waiting room while they checked out my tire situation. Unfortunately, it was a razor blade that completely destroyed my tire so I would be buying a new one. They also rotated all 4 tires. Exceptional service. Over the weekend, I discovered a screw lodged in my tire. I went to Belle Tire today and was not only greeted by friendly and quick service (completed faster than the time quoted), but upon receipt of my keys, I was informed "You're all set - no charge.
