I brought my car in for repair due to someone rear ending me. The shop let my car sit under a tree while waiting for parts. It was hot so tree sap was all over my hood & baked into it the clear coat. Don tried to make me believe that I purchased my car defective which was utterly ridiculous. Eric offered to fix it but then began screaming at me when I asked him how long it would take. Apparently, I was expected to kiss his feet for agreeing to remedy the issue that was caused by this shop. When I didn't bow down to Eric, he continued screaming, called me out of my name, and refused to fix the damage. Eric then told me to sue him and leave before he called the police. I agreed to leave once he provided a resolution to remedy the damaged caused to my brand new vehicle. As a result, Eric called the police on me. I followed up and called the police to have the damage reported. The police was very busy and could not come quickly. I left and went to the police station instead. I then went back to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, barely two months ago. The detailer confirmed that the substance was in fact tree sap and scheduled an appointment to remove it. Skylar from this shop called me about an hour or so later profusely apologizing for the incident and damage. Skylar offered to repair the damage and to give me a gift card "to make this right". I refused it and informed her that she should have intervened when the incident happened. Instead, she along with every other employee sat back and silently watched. Even when I sat quietly waiting on the police, she nor anyone else said a word. Most importantly, as an African American I cannot begin to formulate the feeling I had having the police weaponized against me without cause. You don't get to pick which officer is dispatched which means an unreasonable could have been dispatched. I could have been wrongfully arrested or killed as society has seen so many times on the news. I also don't appreciate essentially being called stupid for unequivocally asserting that I knew the damage was caused while stored by this shop. I'm a lot of things, but stupid is not one of them. In fact, as a law graduate in the top sixth percentile of her class, I would submit that I am extremely intelligent. In addition, my bar passage results indicate that on a national level, 81.2% of test takers tested below me! I could carry on with my high achievements and credentials, but I think I've made my point. I said all of that to say my experience was atrocious and beyond subpar. I will never return to this location or any other location for the reasons stated above. I will also share this very review on every platform that is available to me so people will know what to expect when doing business with this "Lexus Certified" facility. read more

The front bumper of my 2006 Honda Civic had developed a long crack in it, and a friend recommended Heritage Collision. When they saw the crack they said that they would have to order a bumper and paint it, and that when the bumper was ready, I could come in and they would put it on and it would take about half an hour. And lo! It was as they said! The repair was great, the folks were friendly, and even though the shop is not conveniently located for me, I would go there again. read more

I think it's important that someone give a realistic review of this garage. 1. The repair will look beautiful when done. 2. They are not always thorough under the hood. 3. If your car has complex damage it will take AGES to get back. 4. No matter how long they have your vehicle, they will only give you a complimentary Enterprise rental for five days. Period. On the advice of my insurance company, I had my Jeep Liberty Diesel taken to this shop after a fender bender. I had very mild frame damage, but needed a new radiator, fender, and bumper. By other shops estimations, these repairs should have taken a week. Tops. Despite clearly writing on my vehicle information sheet that my car is a diesel, they ordered the "regular" Jeep parts. That took a week. After that, there was a mis-communication between the parts guy and the shop guy. Instead of a complete fan/radiator combo, just a fan arrived. That took another week. Finally the proper part arrived. They took two days to install it. After I got the Jeep back I heard what I thought was metal hitting against my floorboards. I took it back the following morning and they hadn't attached the exhaust system AT ALL, except the muffler. They did fix that promptly. Here's the down and dirty: the employees are paid on commission, as Dale (the office guy) told me. He told me about one woman's car that they've had for five weeks, but none of the guys are working hard on it because it will earn them little money for lots of effort. If your car is going to require a ton of work, they're going to do it SLOWLY. If your car has minor damage that will be a quick fix, this is your place. They detailed the inside of my car, which was awesome. And as I said, the repairs really look great, so they get two stars. Stars were deducted for their slow speed, not accommodating me with a rental car when they had my vehicle for 2 weeks longer than expected (despite my job as a visit nurse depending on it), and messing up the exhaust system. read more

I've been to Heritage twice in the last six months, and each experience was incredible- the people were kind, and the work was fast and done well. The whole team, and especially Christine at the front desk, went above and beyond both times. The most recent time I visited Heritage, I had two separate spots of damage on my vehicle, but I was only getting repairs done on one spot. I told them they could ignore the other area of damage and that I would deal with it later when I had the money. When I came to pick up my car, I was informed that they complimentarily removed the paint scratches from the other area of damage- the spot that they weren't even repairing! So not only was their work excellent and done quickly- they went above and beyond just to be kind. I have recommended Heritage to all my friends and coworkers in the area, and I will never take my car anywhere else. read more

This place is bad. I took my to get an estimate and now the people do not want to put the piece they took off back. They are now claiming that in order to get my car back to how it was when I took it there I need to pay, although they took it off. Do not come here. They are not fair. If you need to get your car checked out go somewhere else. I have called multiple times asking them to put it back and they refuse. read more

These guys know what they're doing and others said before are professionals and courteous as can be. I had my Subaru outback rear ended, needed a new bumper and these guys helped every step of the way. Despite my policy requiring used parts they made sure to get the best available. They were also good enough to do a once over on the car afterhours on a weekend to help determine that I needed a rental car early and even had a rep from enterprise pick up me to get the rental. They were even better after things were done. From the winter salt I wasn't able to see the bumper had scratched the side of my car and they were more then happy to buffer it out and took care of me for the wait and hassle even though I said I didn't mind at all. Excellent folks, they know what they're doing and even though I moved making them a little inconvenient I'll go back again if needed. read more

If possible I would give this shop 0 stars, we've been taking out vehicles here for years, the whole family has. After our last car was in the shop for far too long I will never come back. My car wasn't seen as a priority and it sat in the shop for months, yes months. Then when the work was "completed" I found many mistakes and shoddy work on their workmanship. Bottom line is this place used to be a great shop, but now they're just too busy and can't handle the amount of work coming in, so if you're car isn't a priority don't expect them to complete the work in a timely or efficient manor. read more

I share a similar experience as the previous reviewer. I brought my car to Heritage to fix the shoddy work of another shop. They helped me get the first shop to pay for the new part and labor, installed it as soon as I got there, and replaced for free (yes, no charge) other small parts that were installed incorrectly. They are super friendly, honest, down-to-earth people who know how to do business. They are inconvenient for me to get to, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

The owners were nice and tried their best (1 star for each of them) but their employees were incompetent and left my broken headlight in my backseat where my child sits in with glass everywhere. The owners made them pick it up right away but it should never have happened. Also my headlights were put on crooked and never fixed and a few months later my bumper had to be fixed somewhere else because they did not fix that correctly either. The owners tried their best with what they had but clearly they didn't look into who works for them and whether they're competent or not. They did urge me to return again as they were willing to fix it again but why on Earth would someone want to go back to a third time for something that was promise to be fixed on the first. read more

Heritage did an excellent job on my car and got it done quickly. Great customer service, great work. And to top it off, they found a $20 bill under my seat and left it on my dashboard when I picked my car up. I'll definitely call them next time my car needs body work. read more
