Now the original review: A friend of mine recommended them, for which I am very grateful. We had gone to a big chain store to get a tire, but they screwed it up. They also misdiagnosed other issues. When I called to explain the situation and also that my wife needed the car to go on a long trip, they quickly moved to action and got everything sorted. They were very clear in what the issues were, communication, and pricing. They also stayed an hour and half late in order to finish the car so we could get on the road. One other thing that's noteworthy is that their store is very clean and welcoming with a great image of old Plymouth. It points to how they care for the customer and want to do the best. As I looked further I found that three of the four caps were scratched. There is a tool for removing these center caps and person doing the work must not have known this. I got in touch with Scott at Quicklane and he told me to bring the car back. I did this and he took pictures of the marred caps and said that he would be in touch. About a week later I was informed that three new caps were delivered to QL and to stop by. I did and Scott removed the damaged caps and installed the new ones.
