David apologized and cleared my check engine light and asked me to call back. In the meantime the check engine light came on again confirming I had a bad oxygen sensor. David came to my house and repaired the car and brought it back. Wow what service! The price he charged me for the labor was very fair and lower than any other bids I had obtained. Despite the early appointment issue David more than made up for it with his kind offer. The car runs fine and David gave me the old parts verifying the replacement. I would definitely use this clinic again for any auto repair issues. Thank you David!!

A bolt broke and rather than just saying, 'sorry, come back next week,' Scott and Rocky, one of the owners, drove all over Michigan to get the parts on Saturday--when they're closed--and then asked their head mechanic to come in from vacation on Sunday morning to get it all fixed in time for a long trip. I felt awful that they did this, but they wanted to get this right and get us on the road. I HIGHLY doubt another shop would go so above and beyond. In fact, I share with them there's going above and beyond and then there's Ric and Rocky level; honest, fair, and they place service above self. Now the original review: A friend of mine recommended them, for which I am very grateful. We had gone to a big chain store to get a tire, but they screwed it up. They also misdiagnosed other issues. When I called to explain the situation and also that my wife needed the car to go on a long trip, they quickly moved to action and got everything sorted. They were very clear in what the issues were, communication, and pricing. They also stayed an hour and half late in order to finish the car so we could get on the road. One other thing that's noteworthy is that their store is very clean and welcoming with a great image of old Plymouth. It points to how they care for the customer and want to do the best. Oh one of the things is that the owner drove me home when I dropped off the car after I shared I planned to get Uber. I wish I knew about these guys years ago, but they are now going to be my go-to place.

I have been very happy with the service and will continue to take my car to them for care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a car care center. Knowing nothing about how a vehicle works, the auto repair process is intimidating and scary. I am always afraid I will be over charged, or an unnecessary repair will be done. Both times my experience was with Nick. I felt he and his crew represented themselves in a friendly and professional manner, did a very thorough job, on a simple oil change. Identified my brakes would need repair soon, but were fine for now. Offered to give a quote, but did not push one on me. I feel like if something needed to be done, I could trust them to do it. And that the required work would be done at the right price. The 85 year old young lady who I shared time with in the lobby, would agree! She came in with a "charging system issue" that her vehicle notified her of. She has been coming here for years and stated to me that "my husband knew nothing about cars and always came here, they have always taken good care of me and I trust them." and she should. The experts at Auto Lab of Canton North examined her car and found no need of major repair. I witnessed the mechanic come out and give her a brief description of the problem and send her on her way. These types of transactions help build the confidence in knowing when those "big dollar" issues come up, that they are the type of people that you can trust. And they have online appointments too!!!!
