A friendly, professional guy there helped me and he looked at all four tires for me although we couldn't find any damage to it. So he just game me some air but after spending about 20 minutes on my car, he said he wouldn't charge me. I said I would pay something for his time, but he refused. It is so nice to know there are honest and humble, hard working person still... although I did not need a tire this time, I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I asked what time they closed and she said: "we closed at 5." I apologized and started heading back toward the car and she said "hold on, they'll still see you, though." i thought...wow. that's cool. I stood by my car and then an older gentleman came out and asked what he could do for me with the kindest, most patient smile on his face. Since I was at my wits end (having driven around to 3 different tire shops that didn't have my size tires) so his smile calmed me down some. I told him that i had a blow out and none of the tire shops around here had my size tires. He excused himself and came back 2 minutes later with not only the right sized tire--but the EXACT same brand and model! This is huge because I have a lease and I'm sure that I would have been billed once turning my car in for not having the same (or comparable) tires on the vehicle. A younger man took my donut off, put the new (used) tire on and even put my spare back underneath my car. They told me it would be only $50, plus tax and I happily paid. I drove off in a completely different mood. Now for the best part: The enTIRE (pun intended) encounter took less than 15 mins from start to finish! This was the best experience I have ever had related to my since I got it--even better than the dealership. Everyone should patronize Park Tire on Fort St. in Lincoln Park. They're affordable, reliable, kind & downright wonderful.

He claims to be the owner of the shop. We were told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle except for a faulty battery terminal and a drivers side window that needed to be repaired. It had a little of physical damage to it but that didn't bother me. We were assured that the vehicle ran great and there were no problems. When I got on the freeway with the vehicle, it wouldn't accelerate. I contacted him via text and he told me "did you put gas in it" and "it could be a fuse." I had the vehicle looked at by a mechanic 2 days later and he confirmed a transmission problem. I told Tarek about the findings and his response the FOLLOWING day was to call him in the afternoon. There was no sense of urgency at all. He offered to pay for a warranty to have the vehicle looked at. Why would you pay for a warranty to have the vehicle looked at????? Aren't you supposed to be a repair shop?! Nevertheless, I took it to Nissan to have them look and repair the vehicle. Nissan had also confirmed that the transmission was shot and the undercarriage was rusted so badly that it was unsafe to drive. The warranty WOULDN'T FIX THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT HAD A PRE EXISTING CONDITION AND THE CAR'S UNDERCARRIAGE WAS SEVERELY RUSTED...So I had to pay Nissan $320 for the labor to look at the vehicle. At this point I was done...I had the car towed back to Tarek. That cost me $200.00. I told him that I wanted him to fix the car or give me my money back. His response was he would take it to his "transmission guy" and have him look at it. By this time it's the second week in June. By June 28th, my car is still....on....his....lot...untouched. He offered to do a trade. I was open to it and I asked to see a couple vehicles. Not knowing, he was going to want more money for these cars...Get out of here. I told him all that I wanted him to do was have the car looked at like he said he was going to do or give me my money back. On July 23rd...a whole month and a few days of being on his lot, he's threatened to have the vehicle towed. At that point, I've spent out of pocket $4,320.00 and still no car that I can drive. He refused to fix the car and he's threatened to have the vehicle towed. My reply to him was.."so I'm supposed to pay another $200.00 to have the vehicle towed back to me because it's not drivable and hasn't been since day 1?" I had gotten no response until August 14th when he told me my vehicle has been tagged by the police. Wow...So now I'm out of another $200.00 to bring back a vehicle I haven't been able to drive since the day I bought it. Do yourself a favor....keep your sanity and your money...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE AND FRAUD!!! By the way....I never even received my plate for the car in the mail..This is truly fraud at its best! He even writes his own reviews! His family does too!!!
