Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.

My daughter's 2003 Xterra was broken down (bad starter) in parking deck 3 at CPCC with a 6'8" clearance. NO ONE was able to get us out. I called at least half a dozen tow companies. I called The Honor.R Group, no one picked up because they were helping others, and out of my own frustration with my situation, i hung up and didn't leave a message. To my surprise they called me back. After explaining our predicament, without hesitation i was told they were gonna get us out one way or another, and they did!
