Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time.
