1 Star Bait and Switch - DO NOT BUY HERE…read more I came to Victory Chevrolet on Rhyne Rd believing I was getting a fair deal on a 4Runner, only to experience one of the worst dealership tactics I've ever seen. Prices were not what they advertised, and when I sat down to finalize the deal, suddenly there were mandatory add-ons that were never disclosed up front. They tried to force a "Brake Plus" flashing brake light product into the deal, a $399 add on. After researching, I found out it's actually a cheap aftermarket module worth around $20 and can be unplugged or removed in minutes. Victory tried to pass it off as something much more valuable -- and insisted it had to stay on the vehicle. On top of that, the real out-the-door price was thousands more than what they advertised. Insisting the 'Victory Protection Package' for $1599, is standard on every purchase. Classic bait-and-switch pricing. For anyone shopping here, be prepared for price changes, hidden fees, forced add-ons, and inflated numbers that magically appear once you're in the finance office. The good news? I walked away. I've now purchased a better 4Runner, with fewer miles, thousands less, and it came with a lifetime powertrain warranty -- something Victory couldn't match. Better experience at Scott Clark Toyota. If you value honesty, transparency, and your wallet, DO NOT BUY HERE.

Customer service is horrible. They left me a message on Tuesday. I called back and have not been able to consult with anyone about the car issues; today is Friday. I am so disappointed. Ever since Hunter bought our the dealership its been poor quality and poor CS. My camaro was brand new from this dealership. I will not come back after how I've been treated, esp. with Jack, the service consultant.

He assured me it was a great vehicle. I made the commitment to buy it, so I flew from Madison, WI to Charlotte. Amin picked me up at the airport and the car did not disappoint! The transaction went smooth and I was off driving the GLS550 back to WI, a 13hr trek! I was a bit nervous about a potential breakdown, but to my pleasant surprise it performed very well. There was a brake shimmy so I called Amin about it and he made it right with me and I am a happy camper with this 2018 GLS 550 ! Thank you Amin for making this a very pleasant experience and I do recommend checking out their inventory, or let him know what you want to buy. Amin is a very personable and customer focused businessman. Best regards, Keith

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Buying from this dealership may be the worst financial mistake I have ever…read moremade. Here is what happened: I'd finally saved up enough for my dream car, a 2015 Jaguar F Type S, and was shopping around the nation for one. I stumbled upon one that Godspeed Motors was advertising for MARKET PRICE, and decided to choose theirs because of the specs and it having 49k miles. I live in LA, and I was unable to see the car myself before purchasing it. I understood these risks and operated under the assumption that Godspeed cared for their inventory was being honest about the car's condition. I knew that there would inevitably be some issues down the line, given that it's a used Jaguar. Godspeed motors marketed the car in a way that made it look pristine and well-maintained, and the sales employees I spoke to also claimed that it was running well and presentable. I trusted them, biggest mistake of my life. Before I even get into the absolutely HORRIBLE condition the car arrived in, I had to go through a sketchy & unprofessional purchasing process. To start, I asked for wiring instructions and immediately sent the money to claim the vehicle, I wanted to make the process smooth for everyone. After that, the communication fell off a cliff. I had trouble reaching anyone and felt forgotten, after sending them a ton of money. After a week of waiting, I finally received an email from their finance manager containing documents to sign. But THEY SENT ME ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S FORMS & PRIVATE INFORMATION!! The level of internal disorganization at this dealership is MASKED by the pretty vehicles they have on display. Zero attention to detail. It gets worse. After that headache, I finally received the car in LA. BUT, within my FIRST MILE of driving it, the engine started sounding like a dying tractor, it was so loud & obviously damaged. I limped it to a shop and the entire supercharger needed to be replaced. The mechanics couldn't believe I was sold a car with the following issues AT MARKET PRICE. It gets worse. The parking brake was broken, the windshield wipers didn't dispense, the eco start/stop function doesn't work, and the exhaust valves don't open/close properly. It gets worse. They verbally told me they would clean it, but it arrived with glue literally all over the car's interior. Why was this condition never disclosed??? It gets worse. I haven't even owned the car for a month and have already spent $8000+ just to get it drivable & presentable, and God knows what else is going to go wrong with this thing. This wouldn't be so bad if they had been honest about the car's condition and didn't charge the same as their competitors for a car full of issues. It gets worse. I had a "30-day warranty", and with 25 days left, I called Godspeed motors to ask for warranty help, and after 3 weeks of waiting, they had the audacity to tell me that they would only offer $500 for all of these issues, since the car was out of state. They even told me that the sound clips I posted are totally normal! Then told me to ship it back to NC to get it fixed, then have it shipped back out to LA. What?!? That's $4000 just for shipping alone, what an insult. They basically told me to go F myself, since they know I'm legally trapped. Once you give them your money and sign your soul away, they are going to abandon you, they do not care about you. It gets worse, throughout this entire sad arc, no manager or owner has been willing to speak to me. They have been hiding behind their salesmen, who are forced to be my point of contact, to create a proxy shield from me. What they are doing is legal, but UNETHICAL. They shield themselves behind a moat of legal documents that protect them from any responsibility when the car you bought from them in good faith, blows up. What a sad experience. Congratulations Godspeed, you fooled me and many others it seems. Car sellers on facebook marketplace literally treat you better than this shady organization. Don't make the same mistake as me and many others. Save your wallet and sanity, buy from someone else.
