Neither one happened because I didn't have any oil in the engine.

Do yourself a favor, and never send your classic car to this shop if you're looking for quality and…read moreor good service. Long story short(ish) - I sent my 1965 Impala to them in February of 2024 for a new trunk pan, and body work (filling two holes, one on each rear quarter panel above the exhaust) as well as a paint job. Not only did I have to beg and please for photos of the car while they had it in their possession, but it took them until November of 2025 to actually send me a picture of the car and guess what; NO WORK DONE TO IT AT ALL! To make matters even worse, I didn't end up getting my car back until February of 2026 - They held my car hostage for an entire 24 months. And to my dismay, you could argue that I got the car back worse than how I sent it to them. The paint was chipped around the door jam, it's littered with drips, scratches, bubbles, and pock marks. I live in NY, and I had a local body shop guy come to look at it to see if we could save the car, but it's worse than we could imagine. The paint is only half the problem - the actual body work they did underneath the paint is warped, and I'd need to basically undo everything they did and start from scratch if I want to save my car. $10,000 down the drain. And guess what, just as a last kick in the tail - The trunk pan wasn't even replaced. They just welded the holes and put sealant to make it look like they put an entirely new one in. I wish I could do more than just write this review that most people aren't going to see, but unfortunately this is the best option for me. NEVER CONSIDER THIS PLACE A FUNCTIONING BUSINESS. - Oh yeah and one last thing to note by the way - I sent the car down to them with a high quality seal skin car cover, and got the car back with an unopened cheap $50 off brand car cover from walmart

If you want Sh*tty Window tint this is place for you…read more Don't get me wrong the person who guided me through the service was very respectable, he had excellent service and mannerism. But the person who did the actual tint didn't do it up to par. I don't like causing problems but when it's about things that I'm paying for , it's serious. I did not receive quality service or the service I asked for and I provided evidence. In the Agreement for tinting it never said no refunds, and I have the receipt. When I First got the window tinted he said it looks foggy and it will clear up, I waited a couple days and it looked horrible still. I asked if I can come in to redo them or I would want my money back and then he said he can't refund but he'll try to do it again, and it's not his fault if tint doesn't come out perfect, so then I said I'll wash the car or anything to make sure we get the best results. I showed up the next day and my appointment got cancelled 3 mins before my appointment at 8 am and it was very unprofessional. I came in the next day and wasn't greeted or anything, I felt rude energy and God knows I'm a man of good and don't let people energy affect me. When my tinting was redone he didn't show me the work, he just gave me the key and told me the car was outside and basically blocked me out from checking the vehicle and saying another complaint. So this time instead of going to them I took it to Capital One because that is unfair. Now I Have to pay someone else to redo them and remove the tint they installed because It was cheap quality. They even tried to reach out personally and kept calling my phone unprofessionally when they needed to call through the company phone number. They took my phone number from signed paper work and used it and that is illegal.

This was the first shop I went to in order to receive a quote for the repair of a scratch and dent…read morein my car. I was quoted over half of what ALL other shops and my insurance quoted the damage. They told me they were going to replace parts that don't need to be replaced at all, as well as they might even have to total my car. My car is currently valued at over 30k with about 6k worth of damages. Totaling my car is an absolute scam, and although they do have good reviews, there are also lots of reviews saying basically the same thing I'm saying here, but thank GOD I got out before working with them or signing anything. What really drove me away though was the fact that the person who did my "estimate" wasn't even a tech, and was extremely inconsiderate and rude. My car is fairly new so of course I was upset about the damage, and was just looking to get an idea of what a repair would look like. The woman kept reiterating "wow, this is a new car" over and over again after I told her multiple times that I was very upset regarding damage to a new car and nicely explaining that "yes, I understand it is a newer car." It felt as though she was belittling me the entire time, and then quoted me almost 20k worth of damage. When I expressed that I felt that was high, she insisted that if I went anywhere else that I would be making a mistake and accused me of trying to "cheap out" on a repair. She kept trying to tell me that I should go with them because they are "Honda certified" but there are plenty of other Honda certified repair shops that didn't quote me near this much or treat me with such inconsideration. Fortunately or unfortunately, I've had cars repaired before and I'm not naive to the process but this was hands down THE most unprofessional experience I've ever had.

I loved the text updates that kept me informed of every stage of the repair process. I never once had to call for an update because they were always one step ahead. Since my insurance covered a rental, they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up right from the shop, which made everything so convenient. When I got my car back, it looked brand new -- you would never know it had been damaged. The office staff were warm, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I was completely happy before leaving. They truly deserve 10 out of 10 across the board! One note for anyone planning repairs: depending on the extent of your damage and your insurance company's process, repairs can take around 3-6 weeks. I dropped my car off on September 25 and picked it up Thursday, November 6. While I wasn't expecting to be without my car that long, the quality of the work and service made it absolutely worth the wait. Highly recommend Body Works Plus -- they set the standard for excellent service and craftsmanship!

My daughter had her car repaired at Crash Champions when our neighbor bumped into it. The repair…read morewas pretty minor but there was a dent in the door and a scratch on her fender. When we got the car back the paint work looked good, and after an extended stay we were eager to get her car back. When we my daughter was driving her car home, she noticed her mirrors were not working correctly. We notified crash champions of this, and they said to bring it back and they would repair the mirrors. All of this was checked and verified when they took the car from us. Over the next month my daughter took her car back 3 different times and each time left without a solution. They admitted that the technician that performed the work was known to do sub-par assembly and that he was let go because of this car. They referred us to a Hyundia dealer, and acknowledged they were at fault. The dealer checked the mirror and switches and said both mirrors needed to be replaced. The blind spot sensors in the mirrors and actuators were bad. I called crash champion and offered to let them replace the mirrors and they agreed because it would save them money on the repair. The dealer was going to charge $2800 to fix the issues created while crash champion worked on the car. While discussing this we agreed we would take the car home and crash champion would order the parts needed, then notify us to bring the car back. Crash champion paid the diagnostic fee. Today they sent an email to my daughter saying that her model year car was known to have issues with the mirror actuators and that they will not be fixing her car. I find it odd that when it was dropped off for the original repair both mirrors and blind spot indicators worked and when we picked it up, they did not. This is not how you stand behind your work. So much for the guarantee. I would not recommend Crash Champion of Harrisburg. We are very unsatisfied customers.
