ASK FOR REFERENCES..... My vehicle had missing screws, wrong screws and zip ties to hold wires up. My local dealer did a video of the POOR WORK and lack of care and experience. The owner, works in the back, short man will appear humble and quiet until you bring your vehicle back with video and pictures then he will swear in English and his native tongue. I was in a car accident on Friday the 13th.... and Eric reached out to me through text message that following Sunday... after receiving an estimate from my insurance company on that Wednesday, Eric towed my car to their property that Thursday. They did an awesome job as far as fixing and repairing my car. It took a little longer than expected but that was due to the adjuster missing some things that need attention and the workers at 5 Star caught it. I was very well pleased with the work they did on my car and the staff. Very friendly people. I pray that in the future I would never need the services again (my 1st accident, and ii wasn't my fault) (just a huge headache). They are AWESOME!! They took Great Care of me! Parts are hard to come by these days! For all vehicles. They explained everything to me! So, I would know what is going on with my vehicle. A lot more than anywhere else I called. I was able to call and get an update anytime I wished. There are many variables that come into play with repairing vehicles, I've come to learn. And I don't think people realize the process that's needed, when it comes to repairing cosmetic damage. They are at the mercy of part arrivals and the insurance companies. My car was damaged badly by a truck and driver side was almost gone . 5 star came to my mind due to prior fix they did on my old car. This was the best decision that i took as they fixed my car as good as new . I even had trouble with my insurance company as they intentionally asked body shop to out non OEM cheap part but 5 star called it out to my attention and paid for the original window out of their own pocket . This place did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I got rear ended and they did a perfect job, my car looks as good as new! They had the parts in by the next day after the estimate and had it fully repaired in 3 days. I also had some small scratches from when I scraped the front against a cement pole and they buffed and painted that as well with no charge! My car was washed and vacuumed when I went to pick it up. This is the 3rd time I have used Five Star and each time they have been very professional, courteous, and have done a fabulous job on my two different cars. I have gone back to this shop on purpose. They finish the work in the time they say in not sooner and my cars have looked like nothing happened. They worked well with my insurance company and the rental car company. So the snow got stuck in a panel under my car and popped the panel out.. the panel basically became a snow plow scooping up snow all into my panel dragging the ground..I called 5 star auto collision he told me stop by..I came in he made some jokes took the car showed me it wasn't anything really wrong just needed two screws..took literal 10mins..didn't even charge me!! I damaged my side door mirror casing and other body shops I checked with wanted to charge me $600-$800 to replace the whole thing. I brought it here and they were able to replace the bottom part of the casing with the top part of the casing that I already had and only charged me $50. They saved me a ton of time and money!
