I was very disappointed with the service at Hennie for the following reasons:…read more1. They gave me a quotation for $505.00 to repair the tailgate of my Ford F350. 2. They confirmed that the repair would be finished in 2 days. 3. The repair was never finished within 2 days. 4. After 5 days, Tony called me and said it would be an additional $1,500.00 to repair the tailgate. 5. I informed him that I could not approve that extra cost, which was now four times more than the original quotation. 6. Tony said I could pick up the tailgate, and he was not going to finish the job. 7. When I arrived at Tony's shop, he showed me the tailgate, which he said was ready for paint. 8. I again confirmed that I would not pay an additional $1,500.00. 9. Tony became very aggressive, impolite, and unprofessional, standing around with a hammer. 10. He threatened to return the tailgate to me with a dent in it. 11. He told me to wait outside and said he would bring the tailgate and parts to my truck. 12. When Tony brought out the parts, they were in an Amazon shipping box with the bottom not sealed, and some of the parts fell out. 13. Then he brought the tailgate, which he had damage, including dents on the front and underside.

About four years ago someone ran into my car. I checked around and was told Caliber Collision in…read moreIndian Trail was very good so I took it there. Fred wrote up the repair order. The damage was to the right front door and fender. I told Fred I wanted him to paint the whole right side so the paint would match. I know the insurance will not pay for that but I will. He said the paint will match. So I took his word for it. When I picked up the car it looked great. I could not tell where it was repaired. It was washed and I thought they might have waxed the car so the new paint would not show. I was wrong. You still can't tell where the repair was after four years. They did a great job. I would let them repair another car. I have told several people what a good work they do. My keyless door entry number pads numbers wore off from me hitting it when buffing my car. I got a new on and was going to put on myself but it was not as easy as I thought. I went back to Caliber Collision in Indian Trail on 1/20/23 to see if they would put it on for me. Ashley (receptionist) said she would check. She came back with Alan and it took him two minutes to put it on. Once again good service from Ashley and Alan. Everyone was very nice, polite and professional and they do great work.
