The 1st time I picked up my car I heard a loud noise in the back & was told it was probably just…read morebecause it as a new tire. The car was new when I was hit. Only 11 days old with 516 miles on it. All the tires were new. They replaced the bearings & that noise went away. The 2nd time I picked up my car the tire pressure light came on right away & I was told by the manager that he wasn't sure this was accident related at this point. Again, the car is new. They replaced the part they previously put on & it has not come on again. The 3rd time I picked up my car I told them it was shaking at 65 MPH & had a slight drift to the right & was hearing a loud "growl-y" noise coming from the center of the vehicle. I was told by the adjuster that the alignment was showing all good when they test drove it and that all cars make noises when you drive them. I took it to Honda & they found the car to be out of alignment, and it has a damaged exhaust pipe heat shield that is probably hitting the exhaust pipe. 3 times I was given dismissive answers & each time I was correct that something still was not right. They no longer wanted to deal with the car. They wanted to close it out so they could get paid and it made no difference that the job was incomplete or that my car was still not in good condition. I would never recommend Caliber Collison to anyone. Their tag line is "Restoring the Rhythm of your life". they should change this because they did not come near to doing this. They have caused multiple return trips, repeated car rentals, many times having to take off work early or come in late for drop offs or pick-ups. And now half of a Saturday spent taking it another mechanic to find out what was still wrong. I have to again wait for insurance to approve the additional repairs and then spend more time getting more work done after the collision place had it for over 2 months.

I bought a 1969 Camaro that needed to be restored , I contacted the Goodfellaz Customs LLC body…read moreshop in Indian trail NC and asked them if they could come and look at the car and give me an estimate on how much it was going to cost to get it fix the right way. One of the owners and another employee came and spent about two hours looking at the car and told me they'll get back to me with an estimate. Three days later I received the estimate of $29,000.00 + to fix it, I went and talked to them and clearly told them that I didn't have too much money and if there was anything they could do. They reduced the price to $22,000.00 and told me that I needed to give a down payment of $10,000.00 to get started and they would have the car ready in three months. Three months went by and when I went to look at the car and it was in pieces, they told me they needed more money and I gave them another $5000.00 dollars and asked them if the car would be ready by March and they told me that they didn't see why not (this was going to be my dream car) at the end of February, I received a phone call from them and they stated that they needed to see me about the car, now almost 6 months later they tell me that it was going to cost me about $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 to get my car ready, but the car was in the same condition it was two month back. Why didn't they tell me this the first month the car was there and before I spent all that money, to them $15,000.00 may not be much but when you don't have that kind of money it's a lot, I told them I didn't have that kind of money and one of them told me to think about it and he walked away. I finally talked to me friend and we agreed that it was best to take my losses and get the car out of there. When I went to pick up my car, they had the nerves to tell me that I still owe them $475.00 more dollars for the work they had done. They turned my dream car turned into my worst nightmare. What a mistake I made, I lost a huge amount of money and finally sold what was left of the car for pennies on the dollar. I'm taking time to write this to prevent someone else in make the same mistake. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE I MADE, STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.
