They confirmed that the repair would be finished in 2 days. 3. The repair was never finished within 2 days. 4. After 5 days, Tony called me and said it would be an additional $1,500.00 to repair the tailgate. 5. I informed him that I could not approve that extra cost, which was now four times more than the original quotation. 6. Tony said I could pick up the tailgate, and he was not going to finish the job. 7. When I arrived at Tony's shop, he showed me the tailgate, which he said was ready for paint. 8. I again confirmed that I would not pay an additional $1,500.00. 9. Tony became very aggressive, impolite, and unprofessional, standing around with a hammer. 10. He threatened to return the tailgate to me with a dent in it. 11. He told me to wait outside and said he would bring the tailgate and parts to my truck. 12. When Tony brought out the parts, they were in an Amazon shipping box with the bottom not sealed, and some of the parts fell out. 13.
