My 2025 RAV4 hybrid was struck by another vehicle…read more I had shopped around several years ago at different collision/auto body shops after I struck a deer. I chose CarsMetrics and had an excellent experience with them on South Boulevard. So, it was a "no-brainer" ,I was heading back to CarsMetrics to see what they would say, regarding the damage this time. Jeff, who amazingly gave me my stay few years ago, was also working the day I stopped by this time. He was FANTASTIC to work with. Communication was impeccable, turn around time for the work serviced was faster than expected, and I feel the value was very good in this market/economy. I would not hesitate to use CarsMetrics again.

I was a customer of theirs last year. For a car that I had bought second hand. Long story short,…read morebefore they had even done any work on my car they asked me for a five star review. With no work done on my car. Second off, I had to go back to them multiple times to fix their lack of attention to their own work they did on my car. Like rushing an oil pan replacement. Not letting the silicone dry, causing me to spend hundreds of more dollars that I couldn't afford. All due to them rushing my services. Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. As well as replacing my shocks and then having to find out that my shocks were leaking. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time. I was very flexible and kind to them just to be paying them so much more than what the job actually costed doing it just one time. Communication skills with this business is also very poor. I was convinced that they were ignoring my calls. Respectfully this business has caused me way more amounts of stress and money than to be fixing any of my past issues with that car.

They said the service would be 2 weeks and it ended up being two damn months. Not once did the owner or anyone else call me to tell me what the delay was . I had to keep calling them for updates. This was one of the worst experiences in my life. If you have a problem with a customers property you need to update the person periodically. He should have told me to get someone else because he was backed up but noooooo he took my car in and like I said Never CALLED ME until after 2 months when it was not completely done . My car died on me the next day so I don't recommend this place to ANYONE
