Stopped by with no appointment. Luckily someone who had an appointment was running late. They were able to get me all fixed up in about 30 minutes on 2 front windows. Price was great and customer service was awesome. Just note the parking is tight and business has a very small waiting area. read more

Update Jan 2018: One of the owners eventually followed up on the below review and offered to fix my sunroof at cost of parts plus tax. It was 6 hours of labor so a decent savings. Kudos to autotoyz for making it right. Went in to get my sun roof evaluated and fixed. Ended up the main reason wasn't the right diagnosis and that's ok. Did fix half the problem by replacing the shade. Told me they'd call me with a week when they found the right parts. Never called. When I called a month later to check in they barely remembered me (after I spent a $1000 already with them paid in full at time of service), asked me for my invoices because they didn't have proper records of what they already fixed for me and I already paid for! Come on guys...the customer service you showed me told me clearly I'm not a valued customer. You get 2 stars for the service up until you misdiagnosed and never followed through. read more

I purchased a used 2010 F150 and less than 2 weeks of having it I was driving down the interstate and my sunroof blew off. It stormed that weekend so I had to tape cardboard over the sunroof. I called Autotoyz on Monday and they advised that there was a recall on the sunroof. After calling the manufacturer they advised that I needed the serial number, but the sunroof wasn't powering on so I couldn't find the serial #. I took my truck to Autotoyz and they offered to help me find it. 5 minutes later their installer came out and lets me know that they actually had a replacement. They replaced the glass, cleaned and oiled all of the parts, cleaned up the residue from the duct tape and even powered my roof back up as the previous owner had disconnected the power. They did ALL of that in less than an hour. I have nothing but respect for Dan The Sunroof Man and the rest of the staff there! read more

These guys are awesome. The sun shade that covers my sun roof (which they did not install) had come off the track. Dave fixed it very quickly and noticed that the glass was deglazing and looked it up and it had been recalled. Immediately replaced it with a temporary glass and ordered a new one for me. The new glass came in 2 days later, returned and he installed it in 30 minutes and I was out the door. Did not charge me a dime for anything! Highly recommend them! read more
