I normally don't write reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating that I feel people should…read moreknow what to expect. When A-1 Auto Glass first installed my windshield, the molding around it was damaged during the install. The installer told me it was "dry rotted" and even went so far as to tell me where I could buy a replacement and how much it would cost. When I pushed back, the owner confirmed what the installer said but eventually agreed they would replace the molding. Around that same time, I began noticing significant wind noise while driving. When a different tech came back out to address the wind noise and put in the new molding, he immediately noticed the windshield itself hadn't been installed properly. He told me, "We'll get you a new glass." But when the next appointment came, I didn't get new glass at all. Instead, they just repositioned the old windshield and installed the molding. That work left me with paint chips right at the edge of the windshield--damage I know was not there before. I take good care of my car, and I even have photos from after the first installation that show those spots were not there. When I pointed out the damage in person, the tech flat-out denied it, saying, "That was already there, you can see the rust." Later, when I texted him, he admitted they had removed the windshield using string, but when I asked what they used to remove the urethane, he never replied. I also reached out to the owner twice and received no response at all. At the end of the day, I'm left with damage that didn't exist before their work and no accountability from the company. My car was not in this condition when I brought it in, and I'm now left holding the bag to fix their mistakes. I cannot recommend A-1 Auto glass.

Submitted a request for a quote online and someone from the call center called me the next day. A little pushy about getting me on the schedule. But hey, that's her job and I need to get it done. Had gotten a quote from Safelite, but Auto Glass Now was $120 cheaper. Who do you think I went with??? Arrived to be greeted in an extremely friendly manner, small waiting room. Asked if they had Wi-Fi so I could log onto work, but they didn't. That was probably my biggest knock. Took about 2hrs. Francine/Francis (can't remember which) is the girl behind the desk. I would listen as she would deal with others in person & on the phone and her knowledge of product and customer services skills are exceptional. This one customer was very rude to her to the point where I wanted to tell him to chill out. But she stayed calm and gracefully apologized. He still left due to being impatient, but it was top notch defusing the situation and not reacting to ignorance. I also checked for any damage, scratches, etc.... that I can spot very easily, and I didn't see any. They did a really good job. I was pleased and would recommend going to them if you need glass work.

Amanda from the front desk was ALWAYS super responsive and friendly and answered any and all questions I had. When it came time to drop the vehicle off for its repairs, they kept me updated along the way with time frames and what they might be waiting on. Even if I did have a question or just wanted another update, a quick email would he respond in a timely manner or even just a quick phone call as well. We did have a couple of bumps along the way with the insurance company, but Greg had no problem trying to communicate with them over and over again to help it get resolved for me. They do the best they can with any situation and help you as much as they can. They do offer a lifetime guarantee on anything they fixed, so that is always a plus. I had to come back to get something else checked, which they graciously stated they had no problem checking it out for me. I definitely recommend this location if you happen to need them for anything vehicle wise. They definitely give it to you straight and give you recommendations on what you should do. They do have a huge parking lot with plenty of parking spaces to choose from as well. They are located right off Independence.

I contacted them and a Josh got a hold of me to tell me they never even put me in the system for service despite the lady that scheduled it for me (Megan) sending me a confirmation email stating it was all set. He then told me that the service can be set up for sometime after noon putting me back from my trip, not making an effort whatsoever to prioritize my needs after their HUGE mistake.
