Quality of the work is an A. To some that's most important. To others, customer service and appreciation takes a company to the next level. Primary installer (big guy) has the personality of a houseplant. Not because he sits on a stool in the window of the showroom, but his inability to look you in the eye when talking, provide even the slightest of a facial expression or speak loud enough as if your worthy of hearing his voice. Forget the miserable guy...what ends my customer support (to this specific location) is the fact I have brought 4 company cars and two personal cars. I let it slide (took about all my will power) when they nickel and dimed the company cars, but for my 6th vehicle (personally owned) these MFs hit me for every single service charge (tint removal, cleaning, higher grade 3m). What I was expecting to be $250 came out to $550. Maybe it's just me and it wouldn't bother anyone else. Yup, they charged what is on their pricing chart. To me, It's the little things...I timed it, 30 seconds to remove window tint film from driver window ($30 charge), 3 minutes to remove windshield tint ($50? Maybe $75). When working in a service industry (and as an added tip to the workers) provide a service to your customers and consider not nickel and diming, maybe a wink and "hey, I got you." And I guarantee you'll see a number in front of the .00 section for tip to workers. Otherwise, the location had a steady stream of customers so who cares about this review. Maybe instead of calling out the oaf, this will provide me some solace. ...though doubt it since it's been 3 weeks and I still want to stop back and ruin his day. read more

We've been bringing all our cars here since 2011. This is a professional outfit that guarantees their work...although I've never had to bring any of our vehicles back! They get it right the first time. I grew up in Southern California where window tinting was a religion. If you weren't the best, you'd go out of business quick. These folks would be amongst the top in LA. On my wife's GT we elected the highest grade tint on all windows including the sunroof. Even in the blazing Carolina sun her car stays comfortable. I had a residential window install and if you don't know film colors and exactly what you want you are in trouble. I explained my room concern was sun on the people sitting and bleaching the sofa out. That's all i knew about why i called them. The install guy was nice but sales guy is rude and condescending so his pitch is quick and if you choose wrong he doesn't want to here about it. That's when it goes downhill and offends them grately. They started on time, finished a bit early, and the quality of work was excellent.
