We have a lifetime warranty, but failed to tell us that they damage our trim and our molding They scratch my paint and they said they did not do it. They said they're not allowed to give the number out which I know he has an office number to be reached on very, very, very very unprofessional. I called customer service very unprofessional. I went there because they did one of my vehicles over 10 years ago and I never had an issue so that's what drove me to go back but will I referred them to anyone right now no Will I go back hell no....... if I can give zero stars based on customer service, I would. just simple conversation would've fix the whole thing when it happened during installation always let the customer know what's going on. I had a windshield that needing replacement and clips for loose molding, a job they were willing to schedule within 4 hours of my calling; I was not only met by prompt and courteous customer service in the office, but quality mechanics who thoroughly explained every step and concern along the way. Unfortunately, my first windshield had been delivered chipped; not only did they immediately inform me and send for a replacement to be delivered within 10 minutes, but they apologized for the inconvenience and offered an extremely generous discount. Although I chose to meet them on site, they have an expansive team that will come out to you, delivering these same high quality standards at your convenience. There is also an on premise mechanic to help with oil changes and maintenance.
