To my surprise, they increased my estimate from $10,000 to $15,000 and claimed my car was a total loss for my insurance. When I went to pick up my car, I asked about my missing back door. The staff informed me that it was gone. Thankfully, I was with my brother, who confronted the person responsible for my car. After a tense situation, the manager intervened and allowed us to retrieve my back door. However, I was charged nearly $2,000 just for the estimate. After taking my car to another body shop, I discovered that many items were missing. I urge everyone to be cautious and not to trust this shop. Be careful about signing anything, as they seem to be trying to scam customers.

She came out to take a look at the damage and was willing to buff the majority of the damage out for free. She explained that, because of the specific paint color, she wasn't able to touch up the paint but suggested that I contact the dealership. She informed me that touch up pins were about $20 and the dealership will have it in the exact color of my car. I was so grateful to find that the minor damage could be repaired for less than $20. Had to take it back to have all of that corrected, the manager Dave was super inconvenienced by this and never apologized that my car was returned to me this way. After not being able to wash it for a month I have just discovered 2 dent's that are still in the paint and fuzz that was painted over in my car that has only 13k miles on it. It had no prior damage other than the damage they were hired to correct. Again I contacted Dave and he was super rude and told me that I just wasn't going to be satisfied... I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. I love seeing the younger generation building a great and much needed business like this in Charlotte.
