We had a little accident with the car. The passenger back quarter panel got scratched pretty good and the insurance company suggested for me to take my vehicle here. I read about Briggs and there were some good reviews and not so good reviews but I can say they did a great job on repairing that panel. I was kind of skeptical with some details that were in the initial assessment of damages going through along with some of the comments I read, but they did not disappoint. The car looks just like it did prior to the accident so I would say the money that was paid for the repair was well worth it. read more

We've been loyal customers of Briggs Collision in Concord, NC literally for years now, but sadly, that relationship ends now. We brought our vehicle in for repairs after being rear-ended, only to have it returned with a broken front windshield--damage that was not present when we dropped it off. We have documented proof that the windshield was intact before the repair work began. Despite clear evidence that the damage occurred while the car was in their possession, Briggs Collision has refused to take responsibility or make things right. The lack of honesty and accountability is incredibly disappointing, especially from a business we trusted for so long. It's disheartening to be treated this way after years of loyal patronage. We expected integrity and professionalism, but instead, we're left dealing with damage that should have been owned and handled by them. We can no longer recommend Briggs Collision and will be taking our business elsewhere! read more

Took car to get an estimate on my car from a collision. Estimator was very helpful explaining everything. Took car back to get work done. They kept in touch to let us know the status and completion time. Picked car up today and car looks great! Very pleased at this point. Took my car to Briggs after it was hit in a parking lot. They're Honda Certified and work directly with the at-fault driver's insurance, which is why I initially chose them. However, I will ONLY use them for any future needs. They did a phenomenal job and Carmen and Amanda were so sweet and kept me in the loop through the whole process. I took the car there because Progressive told me to take it there. They ended up only repairing half the damage and we had to get it corrected for a second time. When we finally did pick it up the car was not in a secure place, unlocked and all the stuff inside was rummaged through, over $100 in items. Briggs says they are not their responsibility. Leaving cars unlocked in their parking lot is negligent. NEVER GO TO THEM . Insurance companies need to drop them. read more

I brought my car to them in September of last year they didn't do the claim at all correct had to reopen claim this year for them to fix problem they didn't fix originally had to pay my deductible for their mistakes pick up my car and all of sudden Air condition not working after they work on it went back one day after the person who worked on my car before I could say anything it said was my he mentioned the problem to suspicious because aware of them especially if you are a woman and Black but little do they know I am not the one. Both times the service was excellent, turn-around time was great, and the quality of work could not have been any better. Briggs customer service sucks unprofessional is what I experienced. Carmen was the person to service me for 3 small scratches on the bumper they charged $1483.00 plus 3% for card use told me bring my vehicle in Monday @ 9am mind you they were paid in full the Thursday before that Monday. Tuesday @12:54 I hadn't received a call so I called them I was told to call back in a hour Carmen was on lunch never received a call I called back again to get rude Carmen who was talking to me like I was her girlfriend when I spoke about it and that wasn't what I was told she responded come pick up your car and hung up on me. I call back they tell me she unavailable and I'm karen her boss. Wow another karen you are terrible with a title you suck also and need some ethics classes. Absolutely the best place around to get your vehicle repaired! My husband wrecked his 2010 Toyota Truck in 2012 and Briggs did an excellent job repairing it at that time. So when the clear coat started to peel, I didn't hesitate to bring it to Brigg's for repair. With Brad Briggs' persistence, the manufacturer honored the warranty (that I had forgotten about). I have always taken my vehicles to Hendrick Collision Center but, after my last experience(2017) with my 2011 Hyundai Genesis of them not providing quality repairs as I had received prior to my last visit.... I said "NEVER AGAIN"!!!!! I then took my 2011 Hyundai Genesis to Briggs Collision Center(my first visit 2021) when she was wrecked pretty bad and they totaled her out. I met one of the Co-Owners: Chad Briggs and he just made me feel at ease and I knew then I had found a Respectable Man and Owner of a business that cared about their customers. (Second visit 2022) I have an 2015 Genesis G80 and she had some rear quarter panel damage, bumper damage and rear door damage from by some other vehicle owner and knew where to take her for repairs. When I arrived at Briggs Collision Center they immediately provided me with amazing customer service as well as respect and professionalism!!!! They made the process of getting my car into the shop for exceptional and quality body repairs!!!! I went To have my side mirror replaced and I found them to be very honest. after having two ridiculously priced quotes at other nearby places it was a pleasant surprise that Briggs was able to replace the mirror at a very reasonable price. They offered to search a scrap yard for the part, which was something I had not considered (Nor been offered at other places). They were able to not only find the mirror (costing me half the $) , but were honest enough to tell me that it was the exact color that I needed (instead of pretending like it needed painting and still charging me) which knocked $50 off my paint job. It took about 2days for the part to come in and then the mirror was replaced within half hour while I waited. I met one of the managers, receptionist and the technician who performed the repair and all were very pleasant. I hope to goodness my car doesn't get wrecked again, but if it does I will certainly get an estimate here first. read more
