It started about 2 months ago when my engine seized and I was stuck at the Infiniti dealership in Charlotte. They told me it would cost approximately $18,000.00 for a new engine and my heart dropped. I asked Infiniti who would they recommend to do an engine replacement and they said Christian Brothers. I called Christian Brothers and spoke with Logan, he was able to give me some good information on my situation and based on our conversation, I decided to have my vehicle brought to t he eir shop. Logan was able to confirm what Infiniti told me and offered several options on how to move forward. He was in constant contact with me every step of the process of replacing my engine. However, come to find out that not only did I need to replace my engine but also the transmission because it was damaged due to the seized engine. It was news that I hated to hear yet I did trust that Logan was being honest with me and he did work with me on the price. Also, other issues came up with the repair but instead of charging me for certain repairs, they decided to take care of the cost. When I finally received my vehicle back, there was some other issues that came up and when I called Logan, he was responsive and had the issues resolved at no charge to me. Overall, having my engine seize up and then my transmission being damaged was a very difficult experience and hearing bad news after bad news didn't help, however I trusted Logan and I trusted the previous reviews I read. At this point I'm completely understanding. He sends me a link to order the correct part. I ordered the part and then let him know it arrived. He came out to fix the car. I told him I was at work so my mom would be the primary contact and told him to reach out to her for anything. He comes out and starts working. I get a call from him at work.
