Customer service was disappointing. The staff in both the Finance and Service departments need to…read moredo a better job answering calls and following up with customers. I contacted the Service department to ask about getting my vehicle serviced, but I was left on hold and eventually sent to voicemail without receiving any assistance. I ultimately had to ask to speak with a manager in the Service department just to get an appointment scheduled. Customers should not have to escalate an issue to management simply to receive basic assistance. I had a similar experience with Finance. I tried reaching out for two weeks regarding my down payment, but no one followed up with me until the day of closing. At that point, they tried to pressure me into making the payment that same day. If they had communicated with me earlier, I would have had time to contact my bank and arrange for the funds to be sent at my earliest convenience. Overall, the lack of communication, follow-up, and customer service made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication and customer service.
