It started about 2 months ago when my engine seized and I was stuck at the Infiniti dealership in Charlotte. They told me it would cost approximately $18,000.00 for a new engine and my heart dropped. I asked Infiniti who would they recommend to do an engine replacement and they said Christian Brothers. I called Christian Brothers and spoke with Logan, he was able to give me some good information on my situation and based on our conversation, I decided to have my vehicle brought to t he eir shop. Logan was able to confirm what Infiniti told me and offered several options on how to move forward. He was in constant contact with me every step of the process of replacing my engine. However, come to find out that not only did I need to replace my engine but also the transmission because it was damaged due to the seized engine. It was news that I hated to hear yet I did trust that Logan was being honest with me and he did work with me on the price. Also, other issues came up with the repair but instead of charging me for certain repairs, they decided to take care of the cost. When I finally received my vehicle back, there was some other issues that came up and when I called Logan, he was responsive and had the issues resolved at no charge to me. Overall, having my engine seize up and then my transmission being damaged was a very difficult experience and hearing bad news after bad news didn't help, however I trusted Logan and I trusted the previous reviews I read. Overall, this experience was very good and I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers for auto repairs.

I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. When I tried to crank the car, it was dead, After reviewing the repairs, I noticed a comment that the lights had been left on overnight (I left the car there while they were still open-the lights were not on). No one from the shop called to tell me, and they had the keys-so, if they were on (highly unlikely) they could have turned them off-this is extremely sketchy. When they called me the next morning to go over the repairs-the lights being left on was not mentioned. When I picked the car up, they had to charge the car to get it going. They said to drive the car and it would recharge. I drove the car for thirty minutes. Got home and tried to restart-it would not. I called AAA, they came and checked the battery-it was basically dead and I had to replace it. Why did Firestone not tell me this, and let me drive off with a dead battery-fortunately I was at home ? This was a great store for the first year, but they are no longer capable or trustworthy. Stay very far away from this place.

On top of this incorrect diagnostic - they told us when we left car it may take until end of day - We had to uber home.
