I stopped by on Tuesday, 02-27-24 to get my car inspected. I was greeted right away. Though there was a few people waiting, there was plenty of space in the waiting area. My car didn't pass the inspection, but I was told what needed to be fixed & that I could return my car & just pay the difference, not the entire $30 again. The exhaust system was one of the things that failed. I was told that exhaust was leaking around the manifold. I took the car to my mechanic. He said there wasn't anything leaking around the manifold. I needed to replace the flex pipe. read more

Came here to get my inspection very easy and smooth process. They practiced safety measures and had me in and out in 15-20 minutes. The cost was good compared to the dealership and they will fix the issue if you have one that hinders your inspection. The worst experience of my life, ended up calling the police, I was harassed and assaulted by the front desk representative here. Little girl came to work with too much on her mind and lost control. The managers witnessed her chase behind me to my car, throw a piece of paper in my car window and hit my aggressively hit my car door. You think the manager would have came to have words with me. No. In fact I had to call him over. I ended up getting the police involved. Long story short, stay away from this place. Very unprofessional and distasteful. Bless the little girls heart with bar can't handle the public without cracking under pressure and spiraling. Weak. read more

My friend at church told me to go to Mr. Inspection Matthews because I had another episode of the "single woman trying to be overcharged by another service station" syndrome. She told me that so many people from the church are Mr. Inspection's customers; they are trustworthy and have an excellent reputation. I told her about the garage, and their quote was, "It will be at least a few hundred dollars with labor and the new light." I was out of there since my car was 11 years old, and another crafty guy was trying to take advantage of me. I took my church friend's advice and went to Mr. Inspection. I paid 1/3 of the price the other station quoted me, and the service was quick. The employees are very friendly yet professional, so I have a new place to have my car work done. Staff were friendly and work was done very efficiently. I took my Tesla model 3 in for inspection and it was completed in about 15 mins (including a 5 minute wait before it was taken for inspection). Waiting room was clean with a tv, magazines and a vending machine. There were customer restrooms available. I Will definitely use these guys for my future inspections. read more

When I entered the business the employee was quick to get my vehicle in. As I waited the 2 people in front of me both failed the inspection. After about 20 mins I was also told I failed the inspection. I took my vehicle to a mechanic and had the issues fixed and went back for another inspection. While I was waiting there was another person waiting for their vehicle to be inspected for the second time as well. After about 5 minutes I was told I failed again for an issue that had been fixed. When I asked if I can get inspected somewhere else they told me yes but I wouldn't get my money back. I am now out $23 and ended up passing inspection at a different location. I will not go back to this location for an inspection again. read more

Incredibly quick service. All the staff and technicians were friendly and welcoming. The waiting room inside was clean and provided free WiFi as well. I was in and out in approximately 10 minutes. If you need to have your car inspected quickly, this is definitely the place to go. This was my first time at Mr. Inspection and I plan to bring all of my vehicles back for inspection. I arrived a half hour after they opened on a weekday and mine was one of only two vehicles in the bay. There is not a great deal for me to say about an inspection station, but the fact that they were quick and efficient was really valuable to me. read more

The service here was really fast and the staff was friendly! There's not much to report about an easy experience. I will say, my regular inspection was $40. That's the most I've ever payed for an inspection. I don't have tent or anything special. read more

I've gone here for the last 5+ years for all three of my vehicles to get inspected. They have a full crew of about 5 guys working on Saturday, therefore you don't waste any of your time. You get in and out in approximately 15-20 minutes. They have always been honest with me and are extremely courteous. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. read more

In and out in no time..... If you are looking for a quick car inspection without blowing half the day waiting in line go here. I usually go Saturday mornings (early) to avoid the rush, but they seem to handle the 20 guy rush in the mornings (I guess great minds do think alike). The waiting room was recently revamped with a tv and chairs... before it looked kinda bad and dingy... like I haven't been cleaned in 20 years dingy. You don't really spend too much time in the waiting room anyway, but at least it's an option. read more

Today was my first visit to Mr Inspection Matthews and the entire team earned my business 100%. They are honest, hard working, and highly knowledgeable. When I arrived, and before even starting my inspection, I wanted to replace my brake pads on my own (because I can be a cheapskate and wanted to save money on labor). Instead of insisting that they perform the service, the Mr Inspection Matthews team LENT ME THEIR OWN TOOLS! After I replaced my own brakes, I gladly let them perform an inspection (which they completed in about 10 minutes). There are several Mr Inspections in the area, but this one is the BEST. read more

Rolled in today about 15-20 minutes before closing and they refused to inspect my car because it is "too close to closing time." I wonder whether the owner is aware that the receptionist is turning down revenue 15 minutes before closing. I have had our family's cars inspected here for years, and been happy with their service. She invited me to come back another day, but I think I will find another inspection station that actually wants my business during their entire business hours. Impressed with my first visit. Had an oil change and tire rotation in addition to the inspection. They went above and beyond with the inspection and customer service, showing me an issue with my Volvo that was not part of a standard state inspection. Be sure to check all your bulbs before you go in. If you don't, they'll switch them out for non working bulbs and charge you for replacing them. Went in with working license plate bulbs, they said they could replace them for a fee. I declined and chose to fail the inspection and drove down the road to a Walmart and buy my own. Went to switch out the bulbs and noticed they'd put in bulbs for a different make and model of car. read more
