Frank said that the car had a broken mirror and a bad tire, etc. Basically, he refused to install an engine. I asked Almar to install an engine, not tires or mirrors. I guess my car didn't meet Frank's standard. Another dealer will install the engine for $900.00 cheaper. Thanks, Almar.

Andrew and his team are THE greatest. This is, by FAR, the best place I've ever taken my car to. For many years before moving north, he provided great service for my vehicles. Always straight-up, no BS, no upselling, just plain facts about what your car does and doesn't need. Repairs were always perfect and well-priced. Not to mention the fact that Andrew is just a great guy in general. He truly cares about making sure your vehicle is in good shape but he also genuinely cares about his customers. After I left town, my mom continued to take her car to him for service. I appreciate the fact that he always treated her like family. Every visit was pleasant and she always called me to let me know that he asked her about me and my family. Mom is now up north with us. Our family's one true regret about moving is that we can no longer take our vehicles to Andrew. We SO miss his fantastic service, his kind heart and his epic smile.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. I went to Chris for a labor only brake job for rear…read morebrakes & rotors (I bought my own parts prior). I was quoted 158 for this job the day prior over the phone and I confirmed at the start of the appointment if that would be the price. My brakes were in poor shape, missing a brake pad on one side and the mechanics spent an extra 15-20 mins working on my cylinder. At the end of the job, Chris informed me that they got air on the line and would have to bleed the brakes. (I've always had my brakes bled at the end of any brake job so this is standard for me to have done whenever I get my breaks done. They told me this would be an extra 120 dollars at the end of the job. My father is a mechanic and said that price was a little high just to bleed the brakes and was very familiar with the procedure. He told me "go call your dad and ask him to send you more money." When I asked if they could take 20 bucks off and knock the price down to 100 from 120 he asked me to tell him how old I was which I thought was rude and uncalled for. I told him I was 30 and he proceeded to say "wow you look 18" and said "one day you're going to have to learn that everything in life isn't free sweetheart." When I went to his office to pay he also said I'm going to have to buy him lunch because they spent extra time working on my car than they planned. Disgusting behavior. I would not recommend this shop to any woman (or really anyone) unless you want to be taken advantage of and upsold. They ended up bleeding one brake so my car would be somewhat drivable. My interior dashboard was also scratched up when I got my car back from them.

Removing a transmission or engine works is lengthier. Fix the tire and then go back to the more complicated job. It's not difficult. Integrity was one of the most reasonable quotes I received and unlike the other shops, they didn't push me off for 6 months before the repair could start. They gave me timely updates. Towed my truck in on Monday. Called with the full diagnostic on Thursday. Quoted 4 weeks for the repair but had it done in 2 weeks. After replacing the engine, gave me reasonable quotes for the additional work we knew would potentially need to happen. The office manager is very friendly and attended to any billing and account questions I had. Will definitely use them again as my primary auto repair shop for all of my needs.

The car had an evap replacement and blower, I finally had saved up for the evap part replacement, and the blower motor that went out that triggered the whole idea of taking the truck to get a quick fix. This shop now tells me the truck can't run. They didn't know what was wrong, guessing BCM problem and ignition switch problem, not even thoroughly exhausting what was wrong, then tells me he can't do anything and has to charge for labor and parts. As a result I paid and had my truck towed to now figure out a brand new way more serious problem that I don't know why my truck won't run. I just thought everyone should know as a warning.
